It did not get fixed fully. body shop is denying that it was because of the accident they do not want to fix because they did not report the turbo to the insurance. My car is a 2024 Honda Civic. My bumper was fixed, painted, and buffed but it was done very unprofessional and lazily. The bumper and fender was left with buffing streaks all over to which they responded to just wipe with a rag. They didn't bother to cover the rest of the truck when painting, and I was left with paint splatters all over my windshield, doors, and hood. When I called they said to run it through a car wash, but it didn't work. When I took it back they told me they couldn't do anything and to take it to a detailer. They stated that they didn't do detailing services there and I asked how they buffed the bumper and fender when fixed and left it with streaks in the first place if they didn't detail, but they didn't have an answer. The whole staff was very rude after I received my car. Seems like they just wanted to milk the insurance for as much money they could and be done with it, but didn't care about customer satisfaction. After playing phone tag with country financial, after a month and half, I finally received the approval to bring my car in. This is the most positive review I can state. I have been using Body Werks for several years now. Everytime I use them they always amaze me as to the work they do. Not only from the body work but the extra touches. Joe and his staff do an incredible job. They have done collision work, rust work, cosmetic custom work, rebuild work to my vehicles. Was told by Joe Davie the owner if you have any issues…read morein the next couple weeks just bring it by and I'll have my mechanic take a look at it. after one week the power steering wasn't working correctly and it was power steering fluid leaking. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.
