Five stars for this new event space in Daly City. It's always a pleasure working with Maria for our…read morefamily's balloon decor and dessert tables, now we can add this special space to our list. Booking the spot was easy. After I messaged Maria, she was quick to confirm that our date was available. (We booked 3 months in advance.) The booking and payment/deposit process was also straight forward. Really appreciate the easy process. As for the space, it can fit up to 50 people for a luncheon comfortably. One restroom; back room for extra tables and that's where our caterer stayed during our event. (Which btw I booked after seeing them featured on A Venue's Instagram post.) Maria and team had setup the tables, chairs, table covers and the balloon backdrop (extra charge) for us. The place was also so clean when we arrived! We booked this spot for a bday surprise family luncheon and it was perfect for our family! Can't wait to book again!

My cleaning…read morefee was included and i was charged extra because the place was " messy " it was a kids party to be exact 25 kids. of course it will be messy. Save your $90 and just clean yourself. If i would've know i would've just cleaned up all by myself. The air conditioning does not work, i was told it took a while to work. all day i tried to get it to work my guest were sweating. The rental for small jump house is $150 that's half of the price of one, the least they can do is clean it or buy a new one. That thing was DIRTY. Very unpleased with the results, I could not wait to go home, my $1k+ rental was not worth it...

This park/community is huge. The park is so fun for the…read morekids and adults. It has a full basketball court. Parking is easy ... kind of.. it's street parking, residential. It's close to my house, walking 10-15 mins but we drove today because it's HOT! They have 'public' restroom but it's locked ... They added a new work out court. It's great BUT I dislike they decided to place it so close by the sidewalk and street.

We went here quite, a bit, growing up. (I also remember that there were giveaways to the community, as there was a long line, that extended to the parking lot.) Small- but I suppose if you compare it to the other smaller parks in the area, it's more like medium, there was a really tiny one up the street (*it's more long, than it is wide*- to give a better description), but it is open, there was lots of grass, but the most popular spot was the basketball courts which were always packed with boys playing basketball. I remember the playground was small, but to kids, a playground is a playground, right? I don't remember the shady types that the other reviewers mentioned, but things might've changed, also, it's not surprising that people would meet up at a place that is free- it's always been like that.

Absolutely. Here's a polished version that still sounds warm and personal:…read more We love hosting our daughter's birthday parties at Peek-a-Boo Factory in Daly City, and Michelle is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. We have had Michelle as our party host multiple times, and she is truly incredible. Her communication before and during the party is spectacular, and she makes the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. She takes care of every detail, keeps everything running smoothly, and checks in to understand how I envision the party before confidently taking the reins. Her setup is always perfection, she is amazing at rounding up the kids for activities, and she somehow manages to keep the party organized while still making it feel fun and relaxed. As a parent, that kind of support is priceless. Michelle goes above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the care and attention she brings every time. We love her!

Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I had a 2-hour party and I believe it should have been strongly discouraged for a party of my size. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.
