This South American vineyard has views, sips and tasty Bites! there are a variety of seating areas to choose from and a catered food truck that offers delicious southamerican bites. (loaded fries & empanadas) wine: 8/10 sips went for a white the Viognier is a light and crisp refreshing not too sweet. sample was great so we bought a bottle and enjoyed the view w/ our blanc. tried the rich Mistura and my mum loved the Malbec. food bites: loaded fries : 10/10 bites juicy steak cooked to perfection. shoestring crispy. empanadas: beef - 7/10 bites, cheesy shrimp- 9/10 bites they offer a wine membership. we will be returning next time we're in town! parking can be tough as the lot was snug and the winery was busy. read more

Came for their guided tour + tasting and had an amazing experience! Since the usual guide was out for the day, we got the owner Marcelo Doffo to give us the tour which made it even more special. I learned so much about wines and the history of Doffo. The wines were all great too, my favorites were the Paulina Brut and the Vermentino. I like how they give you some crackers and chimichurri to taste with the wine. Overall I would highly recommend visiting Doffo. It has beautiful scenery, great vibe, delicious wines, and friendly customer service. I believe the tastings were around $32-$48. They even had a little market going on and I got some fresh sourdough bread. Can't wait to come back. read more

I revisited yesterday and really enjoyed the ambiance and beauty of Doffo Wines. There's an amazing story with Argentinian heritage you experience with each Sip of their award winning wines. The olive oil and chemichuri with pesto and garlic was delicious and paired well with the wines. The Vermentino wine was exceptional and better than any other I have tasted here in California. Susan, welcomed us when we walked in and took care of everything and explained the benefits and advantages to being a wine club member. All I will say here is it's definitely worth taking note of especially if you visit Temecula, often. This winery also has a restaurant attached to the tasting room. I had an eggs Benedict with fresh mixed greens along with their Doffo blended red wine. It could not have been better. The menu items weren't all available, and the salad felt like it came straight from a grocery store bag. On the flip side, the French toast was insane -- absolutely delicious and worth trying. That said, the pricing doesn't always match the portions or quality, so keep that in mind if you're coming hungry. Overall, it's still 5 stars for me. Wow! The wine we tried at Doffo was excellent. Truly each one we tried was complex but so easy to sip on. We also really appreciated the space- it was beautiful and unique with a tasting room perfect for motorcycle lovers. Special shout out to their sommelier, Erika. Not only was she so knowledgeable and personable, she gave us some great recommendations on some of their wines that we might like based on our preferences, but also introduced us to some new flavor profiles. Stopped in for a spontaneous visit to Doffo and so glad we did. Walking up the path by the historic cork tree emerged this oasis of modern decor with a classic's twist. Mopeds, motorcycles and scooters are displayed along the pathway to the Moto Barrel Room. Among the black and white tones, garden beds and bushes emerge bikes on display. Interestingly unique atmosphere. Greeted by the entrance to the Moto Barrel Room. If you're looking for a table you'll need to be seated by a host. If you're just going for a tasting the bar top is open and ready. Bikes on display will make you feel like you're walking through the town museum. We opted for the bar top as this was a first stop and were graciously thankful for our wonderful host Susan. She was so awesome! Absolutely welcoming and made our visit enjoyable. The wines we tried were diverse. Each had their own flavor profile which instantly brought pairings to mind. Found some new favorites during our stay. First impressions.. tasty wines, see Susan! Not only did we enjoy the wines.. the service alone will bring us back for more. Fun facts: Doffo wine originates from their Italian ancestors who immigrated to Argentina in the early 1900s. As an avid wine drinker, I have not been impressed by the wines in temelica untill now. Doffo provided a wide selection from amazing Brut, to delicious reds that up to now I did think I could get outside of Paso Robles or further north. It was so dgood in fact I signed up for the wine club on Saturday and came back on Sunday for more! Speaking of Sunday they have brunch, an amazing brunch, with a great selection of delicious items, i recomment the ribeye fries to start, and you can drink wine while you brunch, how awesome is that! Came to celebrate my mom's birthday, and no one could be bothered to acknowledge us. We're quoted a 10 min wait and ended up waiting over 30. We enjoyed our lunch, but they were out of half the menu which was disappointing. Then we went to one of the tasting room bars and were looked at but not acknowledged 3 times. Then to have someone else acknowledged standing next to us. It's a shame I'm willing to come and celebrate and have a good time all for the service and attitude to ruin the experience. Cute little winery with not too much of a crowd! Doffo/motodoffo winery features all of their cool vintage motorcycles/bikes around their property. On a weekday during the summer there was only about 6 other people on site! We got their dessert wine tasting which gives notes of cognac. The 4 wines that we were given all tasted amazing and I do recommend trying it. The only thing is that the price is pretty high up there! After a 15% tip the final cost came to be about $43. Because there were no chair inside we sat out in the mist and waited for the wine to come. But because the workers were busy focusing on another crowd, we had to wait quite a while to get the last two wines. Overall this is a really cute place but because it's a smaller winery, the prices are pretty up there. read more

With about a dozen other Temecula wineries under my belt to compare this one to, we had our first visit to Doffo. First, the wine was excellent. My tasting was full of delicious, jammy, big bold reds. If that's not your thing they have several other collections to try, but I loved mine. The tasting price, at nearly $40, is pretty steep with nary and extra drop in each pour. Part of my tasting was an olive oil and chimichurri pairing which was a fun and equally delicious surprise. I deducted a star because our tasting room attendant started off great but then something in the air changed and I felt like he was rushing us about halfway through. My partner and I had been having such a pleasant time, quietly chatting at the bar while sipping, and then the attendant just kept butting in and wanting to pour before my glass was empty! There was plenty of time before closing and it wasn't crowded, so I don't know what the deal was. Another employee turned things around for us, I wish I knew her name to say thank you here. We were standing outside feeling a little confused after rapidly paying, wondering what just happened. She checked in and offered to show us the larger tasting room of motorcycles. She spent a few minutes being genuinely kind and interested in us. I did buy a bottle ($78; the wines are not cheap here) and that chimichurri. I'll come back and visit again. If we are rushed a second time, then I'm out. For the price point and the two sips per taste, things should be savored. read more
