Mark is so wonderful with my baby girl Daisy! He is one of the only groomers Daisy can relax and feel comfortable with. It's such a relief knowing she is in such good hands when she is with Mark from Supreme Pawfection. Supreme is always punctual, kind, and listen well to your pets needs. I usually have quite a few requests and Mark never makes me feel like it's an issue or an annoyance for him to do. He joyfully accommodates Daisy's needs. It's also so nice that the fur baby is never having to be locked in a cage or exposed to other animals with the mobile grooming service. They usually have a cute accessory, too, like bows or bandanas. They offer hypoallergenic products as well which is perfect! They usually book up quickly so I'd recommend booking in advance. However, if needed, it's always worth asking if they can get you in on short notice, sometimes they can! They're great about trying to get you in as soon as possible. We really appreciate Mark's care and gentle manner with Daisy! She is a tiny rescue dog who can get scared easily, so it really means a lot to us. She is also at least middle aged and Mark handles her with great care. read more

P.S. They've updated their response to this review - previously, it was much more combative. Cash was PERFECTLY groomed in the allotted time from my new groomers. He's much happier after the fact as well. He doesn't have a stress response at all to these new groomers. Supreme Pawfection did not do anything to accommodate Cash and his special needs. He literally spent time In their truck YELPING in October of 2023. Calling them back in the first place was our mistake. Seriously, avoid these groomers. And don't let their updated "nice" reply fool you. This is a review for the experience we had with Roxy as a groomer in February 5th, 2024, whereas the previous review was for the experience we had circa October 2024: Roxy was very unfriendly when we handed her our dog. She CONSTANTLY kept telling us how old he was, over and over. Afterwards, just saying "he's just so old," which... we know. That's why we booked your "senior fee." She was pretty unprofessional in this regard, and after he was done, she didn't give him a bandana or anything like that. The previous groom in October of 2023 had him YELPING from the van so loud we could hear it down the street and in our apartment. Why we called them back again in February to deal with Roxy, I'm not sure. I'm so grateful this place refused to groom my dog again because since, I've found a WONDERFUL mobile grooming service who are so sweet with my little dude - literally kiss him on the head and hold him like a little baby. So my Maltipoo, Waffles, has a double coat, meaning he has super soft under fur and on top is the poodle curly hair. His coat is extremely soft and while that is a good thing, it's also high maintenance as it mattes quickly and easily. I've learned to only go 4 weeks in between groomings to cut down on his matting. I also had very bad experiences here in Long Beach with brick and mortar groomers. I've had him groomed at three places and either they razor burned him and cut him or for an 8:00 a.m. appointment they kept him until 3:00 p.m.! I decided mobile grooming was the best option and was recommended Supreme Pawfection from my dog's bff... another Maltipoo who had similar traumatic experiences with groomers. We have had Supreme Pawfection groom Waffles twice now. I wanted to wait until the second time to make sure my experiences weren't a fluke. And guess what? They were five star both times. First time we had Yasmin, and this last time was Mark. Their van is impeccably clean! It's large, roomy, and organized! They give you an hour time range of when they will arrive, but both times they have arrived a little early or exactly on time on the earliest time range. Are mobile groomers inexpensive? No! However, they are one to one grooming, they don't cage your pet, and they are much faster because they only work with your pet and not three or four others. Mark and Yasmin took their time with Waffles and did not hurry... Yet it's still only took less than 2 hours, even with some mattes, to finish all the services. One thing you do need to make sure is that you request anal gland expression as I don't believe they will do it automatically unless you specifically request. And because my pup gets ear infections easily, I did request to have his ears packed while he was being bathed. Although I did not want to peek in while he was being groomed, both groomers texted me often while I was sitting inside the house or on the porch with questions or recommendations they had. They are in constant contact. Did I hear Waffles squeaking and yelping at times? Yes. Combing out mattes is not a painless process, but both groomers were very conscientious about stopping so as not to stress him out. AND they communicated at all times when they were taking a break from dematting him. Although I live here in Seal Beach, I drive all the way up to LA to my brother's house as Supreme Pawfection is that good and I trust them that much to make the drive every 4 weeks. Do I wish they would service down here in Orange County? Absolutely but until they do, I'll continue to make the drive. It really is comforting to see the groomers in your driveway and know they are only working on my dog and I won't have to wait for him all day. To me, that is worth the extra money and time but mostly, it's definitely worth Waffles' well-being!! I am now on there permanent 4 weeks schedule for grooming. Highly recommend them for your pet and for your peace of mind as well! read more

Supreme Pawfection is EXCEPTIONALLY excellent!! Mochi has been groomed about 4-5 times prior by other groomers, and we've never experienced this level of care and concern. Mark started by examining Mochi and talking to me about his fur (very cotton candy-like, and I was completely unaware it was only a puppy coat that would change later on down the road--praise the universe). We discussed his matted areas (a few too many beef cheeks and not enough combing on our part), and any allergies those in our household may have to certain products or scents. Mark asked if Mochi had been groomed before, and I stated we'd been told he was usually quite well-behaved for his appointments. With that, Mark estimated it would be about an hour, dependent upon him also trying to undo the matted mess of Mochi's paws (Mochi's grooming appointments have ranged from 2-3 hours in the past with other groomers). Mark contacted me about an hour later to let me know he was finishing up, and I got another text when he was completely finished. I wish I had a close-up picture of my scraggly baby before, but he sure was perfection afterwards. Bailey (our 10yr old corgi) can be super sensitive/aggressive with his feet. Mark has really taken the time to get to know Bailey and his temperament.
