I absolutely love how awesome they are and how caring they are about every doggo that goes to them. They know what each customer is nervous about and take their time learning the little things. I ve never had a place literally get to know my dog as an individual and want to make sure they are as comfortable as possible even if it takes longer. Such as she is working with my dog not being nervous about his nails. She is not rushing thru and making him miserable instead she is working with him and last time said he is getting a little better. That just melts my dog mom heart to know she is not just treating him as a paycheck. Yes, it's hard to reach them, but eventually, they do answer and help you with absolute respect and kindness and understanding. Even if the appointment is far out, it's worth the wait. I'm so happy I found a place where I am no longer picking up a nervous anxiety heightened shaky dog. Instead Iam greeted with his happy smile. And they actually listen and remember what you prefer for their haircuts and don't try to go way rogue. They make suggestions and listen to requests no matter how silly it is. Although I would trust them not making any suggestions and letting them just go. They do know what is best and finally his hair is cut evenly and professionally! It's worth every penny! The dog beauty parlor was so easy and sweet! Well worth the wait! My dog Delilah is afraid of the wind so she isn't the easiest to bathe/dry. They took their time and Delilah came home happy and ready to play! She has had some bad experiences with groomers so I was happy when she came home and said wasn't sad like she had been before when coming home from he groomer. I bring both of my dogs here regularly. One of my dogs is a husky shiba mix so we get him groomed about every 2 weeks to help with his shedding. I used to go to a different groomer in the valley and didn't understand how the shedding wasn't getting better. I decided to bring him to the Dog Beauty Parlor and what a massive difference!!! The girls here take absolute amazing care of my dogs and treat them like their own. My dogs lose control of their body when we walk in because they are so excited when they see them. They did a really good job on both of my boys (one mal-shi and one Maltese). They both got the whole shebang, basically a doggy spa day with great haircuts. I greatly appreciated the quality of fabric they use for their bandanas. I also loved that they gave them each different designs. My only suggestions is that they update their prices on Yelp because they increased by $5-ish (still not bad in my opinion) and that they remove the check-in offer they have on Yelp because it is definitely old (the dates don't match up & the owner said it's old/not redeemable). I still thought their prices and quality of work was great and my boys smelled so good! read more

This place and the people that work here deserve more than 5 stars. Hands down the BEST grooming experience, even with Covid restrictions!! I brought my two grumpy senior dogs I got off death row here, since they were living out the rest of their lives with me! They groomed them multiple times until their passing, every time was perfect and even though they were grumpy old men the staff pampered them.
