I have trusted this groomer in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing. They usually do a great job, and have taken my puppy here numerous times. When we dropped our dog off, his eyes were completely normal with no redness or irritation. When we picked him up, one of his eyes had a large red area and was visibly irritated and watery. To then realize the redness covered the whole sclera of the eye around the iris. It looked like it was bulging out of his eye. We immediately brought it to the staff's attention, but instead of acknowledging our concerns or explaining what might have happened during the appointment, they just denied that it did not happen during the grooming. His eye was normal when we dropped him off. Whether it was caused by accidental irritation, laceration, shampoo, conditioner, or something else, I wasn't looking to place blame--I just wanted an honest explanation instead of having our concerns dismissed. It's now been several days since his grooming appointment, and his eye is still red. We've had to monitor him closely because of something that wasn't present before we left him in their care. Regardless of the exact cause, I expected honesty, transparency, and concern when we raised the issue--not to have our concerns dismissed. We still tipped and was not offered any partial refund/refund or any efforts to compensate. read more

I really wanted to love this grooming salon--it came highly recommended, and I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, our experience didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The front desk made an error with our appointment, booking us for a completely different service than what we had scheduled. Because of that mix-up, our dog ended up waiting in a kennel for nearly 5 hours before finally getting a full groom. When we did get him back, the actual grooming itself looked nice, but the long wait and scheduling confusion made the whole process stressful. I appreciate the effort of the groomers, but the front-end communication and organization definitely need improvement. I'm giving 3 stars because the quality of the grooming was good, but the overall experience left me disappointed. read more

Although the groomers are adequate, management's nickel-and-diming scared me away from this place permanently. When you make a booking online, you are charged a nonrefundable fee, and it is NOT deducted from the final bill! Then, of course, when you pick up your pet, you are put on the spot and handed a machine to add a tip. So, to avoid a scene and embarrassment, you'd better leave at least a 15% tip. Why not just tip the groomer in person when she delivers your pet as practiced elsewhere. This business is revved up to take your money. Between the reservation fee, grooming fee, and tip, a recent trip cost me about $150, which is almost triple the cost elsewhere. Never again. read more

Extremely unhappy with our service. We scheduled our pup to be fully cut and did mention he can be wiggly when trying to cut him. We do it ourselves all the time. We even came early but were told that they didn't fully cut him which is what we asked for. If I wanted a little trim and bath I'd go somewhere else that's far cheaper but you don't fulfill your end of the service and charge nearly the full price. If the full service is 90 and you charge us 80 and tell us you didn't do what was agreed that's a scam... literally needed his nails cut that's one of the biggest things. So please don't go here as there are no ethics and this should have been rectified. read more

This place should be called "Not Groomed At All". I spent $85 on my 6 lb dog to get a bath and a nail trim. He looks homeless. How they could have sent him back to us looking like this and charged $85 is a joke. Day two and he doesn't even smell like he got a bath. His hair is too long, like he's been living on the streets, or electrocuted, which is why I brought him to get groomed. He has no shape. When he drinks water it drips all over my house from his beard. I've bathed him at home, that's not what he needed. Apparently this place won't cut puppies so if you have a puppy, take them somewhere else. They will milk you several times and tell you your dog is too wild to be groomed because of their age even though they were able to cut around eyes just fine. From the pics, looks like he'd be too crazy to groom right? I also had to pay extra for his overpriced bath because he's a doodle - even though you can't tell. Kelly was completely unhelpful and unwillingly to give any sort of customer service. We take my other 15 lb dog to Lazy Dog and they charge $70 for the works. Go there. Not here. read more

Dropped my baby boy off before running some errands with my husband. I loved how we were able to meet the groomer beforehand, it definitely made me feel better. The office in general is very clean and well put together! The owner was super friendly and welcoming. My dog (Cosmic) came in super dirty and smelly hahaha but he came out so shiny and clean, and smelt amazing! He got a bath, nails trimmed, teeth brushed and a de-shedding treatment. Used to love coming here but my last visit was terrible. I brought my long hair chihuahua in for a regular bath and touchup like usual, but when I picked him up after his appointment I was shocked to see that he received a way different cut than before. I could see that his body hair was only an inch long all around and he only had undercoat left. Shaping was also atrocious around ears/neck. I called to express my concerns and all I received was stuck up attitude from the manager and offered an "upgrade to deluxe" for next time. Manager Kelly went back and forth with me stating that her groomer did not touch his upper body at all and only trimmed his belly and legs with scissors. Pictures say otherwise. It's safe to say I will not be coming back. Hope the manager can fix her attitude and work better to fix a problem.
