But the store itself was disgusting. Hairs everywhere, even down to the grooming brushes that are up for sale. Hairs in the drain, in the towels that are used to dry the dog, and also in the brushes from whoever washed their dog last. I did like that they offered many shampoo options depending on your dog's needs. I don't live here but even if I did I would choose a different spot to go to. This place was too filthy. read more

Worst experience I've had in a very long time !!! No one even acknowledged my son and I for about 10 min . We all most left . Nothing was explained to us . Super friendly service, very accommodating! My furbaby was stinky and needed a good scrubbing. She's only a slender and waif 138 pounds (give or take) and so a large bathtub is essential. She lives for a warm bath and doesn't mind the shampooing and conditioning, in fact, she's quite the prima donna. She's always telling me that she loves it when I can incorporate some sort of facial and loves to get her pawidure. We were given towels, a selection of shampoos and conditioners, some nifty scrub gloves that really helped get rid of all of her excess hair. They also have a blow drying station. So chic. Not super welcoming, it was my first time coming, and it felt like I just came and had to figure out everything myself, not a horrible experience one girl was helpful and then I asked if I could get my dogs nails cut and they said yes but they told me to sit in the waiting chair and it was so uncomfortable for me to hold my dog while the girl just sat at a different chair and she half cut them bc of how uncomfortable I was and my dog were , that I told her to just leave it as is and only cut about a paw and a half, so that was a waste of money, even Petco has a better setup and they cut nails better. We are visiting and needed a place near the in-laws to bathe our Newf before our flight out this evening. I did a quick Yelp search and from what I understood this was the closest one to them (10mins). I saw some mixed reviews but I'm doing all the work. Honestly that's like giving yourself a bad review haha! So let's get down to business. Upon entry it is not your typical hoity-toity boutique dog wash. It is practical and easy to load your 130lb dog in the tub. The cute antique tubs are adorable and pleasant to the eye. But not ideal when it's time to load your giant dog in the tub because he weighs more than you! So I appreciated these risen tubs. Shower curtains in between tubs to hopefully avoid and accidentally get sprayed from behind you haha! At first all the dog food, toys, treats, etc is all up front and BAM in your face. But the rest of the store was clean and welcoming. $15 unlimited warm water, shampoo & conditioner, towels, and drying machine. And they clean up after you. Chúey just needed an easy wash and dry. Just so he was clean enough to fly in the airplane main cabin. So for the extra special shampoos I'm sure the price goes up. But remember. Unlimited shampoo & conditioner! Anyways, I appreciated the super powerful dryer. When one has a water resistant dog anything with extra power is appreciated. The staff were welcoming, helpful, kind and sociable. The drying area and tubs were clean. But the 40mins we were in here. They were pumping out dogs. All big dogs! We had labs, ridgebacks, labor-doodles, newfoundlands and large mutts. No barking, biting or fighting here. Just be prepared to get a bit wet. Dogs like to shake, so roll them sleeves up n scrub that dog. Enjoy the frustrating experience if your dog hates water. Well, I went to the Soggy Dog my first and last time. What could be cute and fun was not a good experience because of the very poor customer service from the girl working. The actual service they provide is ok. The oatmeal shampoo and conditioner they had was so watered down it was difficult to get suds though. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel unwelcome and given hardly any instructions. I let her know it was my first time and she seemed annoyed. When I was done bathing my dog and asked about the blow dry she seemed very put out having to answer where to go. I have to add I was the only customer there and I was made to feel like an intrusion. There aren't private rooms for self wash, just four large wash tubs in a row (this might not be the best place for you if your dog is reactive or protective like mine). We got lucky and were their only clients in the self wash area. They offer a blueberry face wash along with a great selection of shampoos and conditioners, addressing many coat types and concerns, in many brands that I recognize and own myself. They clearly put a lot of thought and research into what they provide. The water temperature is preset at a perfect warm 90 degrees. Towels, deshedding tools, and a waterproof apron are provided. After her bath, we went to the blow drying room. The blue dryer was very weak, but the purple dryer on the right is adjustable, powerful, and quickly got the job done. Staff offered me a Happy Hoodie to block out the loud sounds from the dryers and a stool to sit on while I dried her, which was so nice. We went in since our normal dog self bath was closed (Doggie Lounge) so we thought we would try this one, I called and asked if they do self wash the lady in the phone was very rude, "Yah that's all we do here" okay thank you was my reply as a new customer maybe the owners who are in CA ( they were very happy your gone) should do a little more training. Love washing your dog but hate the logistics at home because you have to bend over, or your hair dryer simply doesn't cut it? Come here!!! Took my pug in today and it was a great experience! For $15 you get to use their services while caring for your furry little friend. The tubs are elevated and separated by liners to avoid getting splashed by others and vice vers. They supply everything: shampoo (oatmeal & deshedding), conditioner, aprons to stay clean, towels, grooming items, and even a blueberry facial cleanser! After the wash, you will have clean towels at your station so you can start drying your dog before heading to the dryer station. Once dried, I upgraded my dogs experience by $1 to use a "cologne". I was worried about leaving a mess and clogging their tub but the staff was super friendly reassured me that's what they're there for. I'll back with my other two pooches. read more

Just had the weirdest interaction I've ever had. Have been here many times before for self-wash. Although they're never friendly and you seem like an inconvenience to them, I always tip well because despite my best efforts my dog leaves fur behind. Called because my Apple maps said I'd be there at 4:59. Wanted to make sure if I was there at 5:01 they wouldn't turn us away. The woman told me no we close the Tub at 5. Sped my ass there, ran up at 5:00 on the dot, and she's gleefully running up to try to put the "closed" sign up before I come in. I said "nice try, it is 5:00 on the dot." I have never been treated so rudely for wanting to spend money somewhere that provides a service. The other woman tried to comp my wash. (I was in and out of there with my 80 lb GSD in less than 15 mins.) But no thank you. I will pay and never return. If you don't want business, don't advertise that you offer it. If you want to leave the store at 5pm, close your tubs at 4pm. I wouldn't trust anyone that nasty to touch my dogs for grooming. read more

Felt like she wasn't helpful and friendly. And as far as cleanliness, the dog tie in the tub was still wet from prior use.. which indicates no one replaced it after another dog used it.
