Took our little mamas here before for her first grooming but didn't want to shave her so we did a light clean up around her private, face and ears. She did good. Decided to bring her again for an actual cut. I loved the tech she got this last time. Super sweet lady who listened to all my requests and concerns. Our dog was a bit scared at first but they're great with them. I know she's in good hands. We completely loved how she turned out. Her little face still has her personality but she's so cleaned up now. Our little cutie.

I opt for mobile grooming every 4-6 weeks. I can't say enough good things about Jenesis! She is incredibly kind and really takes the time to make my dog feel comfortable during grooming and she always looks absolutely adorable afterwards! The attention to detail and care she puts into her work is evident and I have no complaints. Highly recommend her and Oh So Cute to anyone looking for a fantastic groomer!

If I can leave zero stars I would. I've taken my dog here many times, and although it is on the price of your side, I have loved the work every single time. Except for today. I take my dog and they told me it was going to be $70 for the Pomeranian cut that they have done several times on him in the past. No problem, however, when my sister goes to pick him up, he was completely bald and they charged an additional $25 for matting. So I paid $95 for my dog to be completely bald. I don't mind paying $95 if they are successful with the matting my dog, however, to charge $95 including a matting fee and he is still bald doesn't make any sense. They refused to give me a refund on the $25 so I will no longer be taking my dog. I Do not recommend going to this place.

Horrible! Went to take our mini Goldendoodle for a trim and wash. I specifically told them not to cut his hair all the way and they didn't listen because he was "matted". I brushed him before I dropped him off to the groomers to avoid this, and he wasn't matted. They didn't ask permission to shave his hair or let me know it would be an additional charge. I picked him up and then they told me that he was matted and they had to shave all his hair. Absolutely terrible! They also cut him in several areas under his belly. Will not be going back here. Don't recommend.

Here's a picture of how they left her.

I took my two-year-old Goldendoodle here for grooming, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite giving clear instructions, my dog was shaved completely, leaving her nearly bald, which was not what I requested. The communication was also lacking: they didn't provide a price upfront, didn't give me a pickup time, and the final cost ended up being quite high. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the grooming. Additionally, the groomers also messed up the area around her belly, which made the whole experience even worse. I do not recommend this place. At the end when I was expressing my concerns to the owner he didn't even care he just kept saying he needed to leave. I hate this place!

They were very punctual and nice! I was a little scared since this was my pup's first time at a groomer but she did so well!! Came back to pick up a little early but saw that she was being pampered and well taken care of. Will definitely be returning

Lmao those ears!!! How is this acceptable?

It's almost comical how she was left! Teddy bear face? Dear gawd, what a nightmare and a waste Of money. Here's the scoop: I received a call from the groomer letting me know Cheekie was a little difficult to groom in the face and was told they have another groomer who was going to try, I asked them to call me if they cannot complete the job (understandably so, I would NOT have been upset if they couldn't finish the job) but i emphasized the importance of desired look, a teddy bear face. Instead of them calling to let me know they could not complete the job at hand, the groomer went ham and was more focused on collecting total payment and MESSED up her entire face cut. Her ears were left uneven with unreasonable long hairs left, just a mess. I included the text I sent them being clear on what I was wanting, and I added the last pictures of what my baby looks like normally. All this business had to do was call me and let me know they were still having a hard time, honesty goes a long way. We won't be returning

While our previous visit was great, I want to express my dissatisfaction this time around. We had an appointment for our blind pup and, as I've mentioned in a previous post, we always request that he not be put in a kennel. Typically, we wait with him in the lobby until it's his turn. However, this time we were unexpectedly charged extra for this accommodation. I'm not sure why this policy changed, but it was quite disappointing.

We just moved to the area and we're happy to try a new business as our dog has been neglected for service care during our transition. They were upfront with the fees, I selected some add-ons and even received a special I wasn't aware of they were offering. My dog is nervous but doesn't bite or whine and they said she was a good pup while they fixed her up from shaving, were able to keep her face fur longer as requested, tear stains/eye goop removed and her fur whitened up to perfection. My baby moves happily thanks to the great service we received. Looking forward to future upkeep visits with this salon and hope others get consistent experiences mirroring ours

I came in as a walk in for my dogs pawnails lol , sounds funny. The lady , didn't get her name was friendly, professional, and happy to help. There was lots of dogs big and small all adorable. My dog desperately needed his nails trimmed and this place helped me out. She took Jake right nacj and took care of his nails, he was a good boy and they were gentle with him. I will definitely be back for other services, ca t wait to update my review after. Located in stators shopping center, cute office.

Love them! Always left my baby exactly how I asked. (Of course, this is considering that my dog was brushed daily/weekly so we never had a matted problem )

Emma was very nervous and scared but the staff was very patient and sweet with her.

Amazing staff and service! We bring our three fur babies here for bath and trim. They are very patient with them. I definitely recommend this place :)

My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

They assured me they could work with her. After I dropped her off, they even called and asked for permission to put a muzzle on her so they could continue. I also offered to stay and help comfort my dog during the grooming, but they told me it wasn't necessary. About two hours later, I received a call to come pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked. She looked terrible. They didn't even groom her face, and she had multiple cuts on her ears and face. To make matters worse, she was still wet when they handed her back to me. They told me my dog was aggressive, but at no point did anyone call to let me know they were unable to safely complete the grooming. Instead, they waited until I arrived and then tried to charge me extra because they said it took two people to work on her. I have a 1-year-old Maltipoo who is incredibly sweet and loving. I understand she gets anxious during grooming, which is exactly why I was upfront about her behavior from the beginning. I expected patience, communication, and professionalism--not for my dog to come home injured and with an incomplete groom. I will not be returning. Not only that, but the groomer who worked on my dog was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the owner of the shop allowed the disrespectful behavior. She repeatedly kept telling me my dog was "bad," constantly talked over me, and spoke to me in an aggressive tone when I was simply trying to explain that the additional charge should have been communicated beforehand. They had no problem calling me to ask permission to use a muzzle and informing me there would be an extra charge for that, so they should have shown the same courtesy when they decided to charge me more because two people had to work on my dog. Instead, they waited until I arrived to tell me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And then they had the nerve to try to charge me $125 for a groom that wasn't even completed. My dog's face wasn't done, she came back with cuts on her ears and face, and she was still wet when they handed her to me. Based on the way the groomer spoke to me--being rude, aggressive, and repeatedly calling my dog "bad"--I left with very little confidence that my dog was treated with the patience and care she deserved. My dog is a sweet, loving 1-year-old Maltipoo who gets anxious during grooming, and I was transparent about that from the very beginning. I expected compassion and professionalism, not poor communication, disrespect, and an incomplete groom. i wouldnt even give a star but i have to!

BEWARE .. BEWARE!!!…read more I'm writing this review to you today because I had a really surprising and frankly, pretty disappointing experience when I brought my schnauzer in for her recent grooming. I was really hoping for a specific type of service based on our chat beforehand, but what happened wasn't at all what I expected. When I booked the appointment, we talked quite a bit about getting her that classic, breed-standard schnauzer cut. That particular style is super important for her look, and I was assured that you guys were totally skilled in doing it. That's why I felt comfortable bringing her to you - I really trusted that his unique grooming needs would be met. So, imagine how shocked and upset I was when I picked her up and found shed been completely shaved! Her signature schnauzer coat, which defines her , was just gone. It was such an unexpected change and definitely not what we had agreed upon. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of "severe matting." And honestly, I have to strongly disagree with that my dog had some matting on her chest area and spout but nothing to that extreme of completely shaving her down . But more than anything, what really threw me off was the lack of communication. If there was genuinely a problem with matting that meant you couldn't do the schnauzer cut we discussed, I really, really wish I would have got the heads up about the complete shave down and given the option to take my dog elsewhere . A quick heads-up would have allowed us to talk through options, or I could have even come to pick her up. Making such a drastic, irreversible decision without my consent is a big oversight and a bit of a disregard for what I wanted for my pet. This whole situation is more than just a styling mistake; it feels like a real letdown in trust and communication. Seeing my dog like this is quite upsetting, especially after I went out of my way to choose a specialized service. In addition I was charged 80+ for the unauthorized shave down and according to the lady I was also charged for the muzzle they used on her !! Given this rather unsatisfactory experience, I'm sad to say I won't be able to bring my dog back to Nancy's for future grooming. And honestly, it makes it hard for me to recommend your salon to other pet owners looking for reliable service. Please see the photos 2nd photo is how they left my dog.

My wife and I did what any responsible pet parents would do: administered a full‑scale COVID‑era haircut and booked a 9 AM nail‑trim appointment to finish the job. Once the shop opened, we learned the entire operation was being run by one heroic human that morning. One. A whole grooming shop held together by sheer willpower and caffeine. After we explained Sawyer's situation, this absolute saint of a groomer didn't just agree to trim his nails -- she offered to clean him up for a small fee, with the kind of patience and warmth that could calm a tornado. Minutes later, out strutted a brand‑new dog. Freshly trimmed, nails immaculate, tail wagging like he'd just won a beauty pageant. I tipped more than I planned, but honestly, it still wasn't enough. She earned every penny with her kindness, her skill, and that unwavering smile that said, "Yes, I am single‑handedly keeping this place running, and no, you will not see me break." I wish I remembered her name, but I'll never forget the impression she made. She opened the shop on June 6th and represented that establishment with pride, grit, and genuine heart -- a true gem in the grooming world. PHOTO: Sawyer and Reed
