We have taken our dog Lilo about 3-5 times and every time she comes smelling amazing and seems happy. The staff always treat us friendly and seems to really take an interest in Lilo which makes us feel good that our baby isn't being mistreated. Her nails are nice and trimmed and even though I find some items pricey, they do have nice deals. So far no complains and will definitely take her again!

Perfect to find good toys, food, treats and special occasion treats! My boy loves it!! They even gave him a birthday ice cream!

    Washing all the dirt off!

Amazing staff and groomers, extensive doggy bakery in the bag with beautiful treats. We're lucky to have them in the villages, and it's a family business that I'll always go out of my way to patronize. They really care about my dog, and even though they have a healthy customer base, they always greet us by name! It's not only a shop for toys and treats for your pets (cats et al, too!) But a great socializing experience for your dog/cat! Thanks especially to Rosie for her amazing work grooming my nervous dog! You won't regret stopping by, bring your furry friend!!

This is a wonderful new place in Leesburg for pet grooming. The staff took great care with my dog on recent visit. We will be back.

Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Highly recommended. ***In the post-grooming photo of my pup, he'd had a recent vet procedure that resulted in a stitch in his forehead and a partially shaved right leg. Danielle was careful and attentive***

Okay, obviously having the grooming van come to your door is incredibly convenient. What you might…read morenot realize, it minimizes a huge amount of stress! Most groomers do multiple dogs at once--and your dog sits in a cage in the meantime. Not great. Maria is working with just one dog --yours--from start to finish--so it's way less stress for your baby. I should also mention that Maria is the best, kindest, most competent dog groomer in the DMV. Full stop. If you have a small dog, don't even *think* about going anywhere else! Not only will your furbaby be gorgeously groomed, you will have the peace of mind of knowing he is being cared for by 1) someone who genuinely loves dogs, and 2) is also incredibly talented and experienced. I don't trust my little guy with anyone but Maria.

Used to love this place but had a RED FLAG experience today…read more My parents have had issues with them because they continuously ask for Cali to have a bow. The last two times there hasn't been one - whatever. Annoying for the amount of money they pay. Especially, because Cali didn't have a bow for Christmas pictures when she was groomed at that time ... :( We've also wanted a consistent person come to the house because our dogs are extremely picky/anxious! However, that has also not been held up as we've continuously had different groomers. Today - after my parents paid and tipped the company they told my mom that my greyhound fell off the table and they put hydrogen peroxide on it. Eli has an open wound that is bleeding, bruising, and he's limping. Not to mention they had an additional groomer today because they were training someone. There should have been at least one hand on Eli??? He's a greyhound rescue - they have been grooming him for a while they know his actions and behaviors. If there's two of you why was Eli able to fall of the table - was nobody watching? In a small van.... please. After Cindy called my mother - we were expecting an apology and would reconsider our frustration. BUT she tried to justify that he's hurt and said "Christina, put this where it should be" as if it should ever sit well. She said he's a nervous dog and has done this before. Why haven't I heard this before?! Because he's nervous it's his fault he's hurt?! Take your business elsewhere.

My dog is my fur baby, so taking him to a groomer I trust is really important to me. The employees are professional (on the phone and in person), they send a text reminder before your scheduled appointment, and they've always done a wonderful job cutting my dog's hair (haircuts complete with a colorful bandana). I especially love and appreciate how they have a gated area for dogs to wait in until their owners come pick them up (instead of crating them). I'm so glad that Pretty Paws is close to my home, and I'll continue to be a repeat customer!

We initially loved taking our doodles to get groomed here when Jina was the owner but they've…read morechanged ownership since then and we've decided to part ways with Pretty Paws. There have been several changes implemented due to new ownership: 1) They no longer have cage free grooming and they put our dogs into kennels while they wait for us to pick them back up 2) Prices have gone up about 2-3 times due to the rise of inflation which is understandable but wanted to share to other dog owners for awareness 3) They use an assembly line process for grooming which is faster so our large dogs are typically in and out within ~2 hours Although our doodles typically came out well groomed for the most part, they both began to dread coming in and felt more anxious than usual, which wasn't a good sign to us. Additionally, the new front desk staff (male) could work on his customer service etiquette as he has came off as condescending multiple times to both myself and my husband regarding the care of our dogs. Our other friends who also brought their dogs here have shared similar sentiments. This is not their fault, but the location can be challenging to get to during traffic hours (they close at 4PM Monday through Saturday) since it's right on 50 and a lot of cars are going out west.
