Wendy is awesome!!! She took my dog in and trained her for almost 3 weeks and turned her into a well trained 7 month old German Shepard. From commands to hand signals she teaches you everything you need to know as a handler to maintain the obedience of your pet. She is now training my neighbors dog as well after they saw what she did for me and my dog. Thanks so much again!!!!!

Thank you for a spectacular job .

I truly recommend her services We had taken our 4 month old German Shepherd to her for two weeks and she taught our boy Max discipline guidance so now a dog that was considering getting rid of even though we had him as a little puppy because he was biting digging already 60 pounds and uncontrollable but now through her training and guidance we have him as part of our family and we have the tools to help keep him in line so we can have him be with us .. We truly are grateful and thank doggie do pet services

I'd worked with two trainers, including a 3 week board-and-train program ($5,000 investment), followed every instruction, and practiced daily, yet I didn't see changes. I was managing the behavior without ever understanding what was causing it. That changed within the first two hours with Brad. He didn't start with commands or tools. Instead, he focused on the psychology behind Sunny's reactions: what was driving them, what was reinforcing them, and what I was unknowingly communicating. No one had ever explained it that clearly. That was the turning point. For the first time, I wasn't guessing or correcting blindly. I could see what Sunny was experiencing in real time and understand how my timing, energy, and responses were shaping his behavior. That clarity changed everything. Walks feel completely different now. Sunny is no longer pulls since my training with Brad, the reactive outbursts are gone, and the experience itself is calm. I'm no longer bracing for problems because I know how to prevent them. I am SO appreciative!

Great experience! We have an 8-year-old rescue Golden…read moreRetriever who developed some habits we wanted to correct and weren't able to do on our own with traditional training. A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

He trained my husband and me as well as our puppy! So grateful. Tommy has a gift for knowing how dogs think and he shares that knowledge as part of the session. We never felt rushed to finish a lesson when he came to the house, he just dealt with our issues and reminded us to keep practicing with our dog until next time. We even decided to enroll in his weekly puppy class so that our puppy would learn to behave around other dogs. His private dog park is a god-send as we live in a condo and don't have a yard for our puppy to play in. She loved going there and we'll be back! We highly recommend Tommy. I found Jessica through a google search which led me to her yelp page, once I found out more about the services she offered on her site, and that she was nearby I reached out for a quote via yelp. She was very responsive, was able to fit me in within a few days, very straight forward and notified me of what to expect and arriving before the appt to complete paperwork & review the groom service. I took Lucky in this morning, was greeted immediately, checked in and after Jessica assessed Lucky's condition she notified me that he had very matted fur and what she could do/not do depending on the severity of the fur once she started with the grooming, and what to expect from the groom. I like that she thoroughly informed me of the situation, what my options were and that it would cost more due to the added work to de-matt him and the sensitivities that lucky could experience so she would have to be even more meticulous with the grooming. I picked him up in 2.5 hours and she went though how he needed to be shaven all around because of how matted his fur was, where he could experience irritation (what else to expect) and if I need to take him to the vet due to further irritation because of the condition of his skin from the matted fur. Overall I was floored by her knowledge but also very personable nature (something I have not experienced with a previous groomer). I'm so much more informed (as I had inherited lucky and am a new pet owner, so still learning). She even honored the price she had originally quoted me at which I thought was extremely generous given the nature of the groom. I can't wait to have lucky come back to be groomed and well taken care of by Jessica!

UPDATE 8/12/26:**A few days after I shared my story to the public, Wags posted on their own FB,…read morerevising the story about how Raven broke lose. "Two sibling dogs were being moved to our Tiny Town building when they became nervous and began pulling at their leashes and flailing. After bringing them back inside, our staff member decided to carry them for a second attempt. While being carried, the dogs became distressed again. One bit the staff member's hand, and during the struggle, the other got free and ran away." This social post includes details we were not originally told, ie the flailing, distress, biting, 2nd attempt to move them, etc. In fact, prior to this incident the staff consistently raved about how gentle, sweet, well behaved my dogs are (& documented this too). If the pups were truly "distraught," what caused this change in behavior (for example, fear of larger dogs they were moved in with?); and if they were "flailing," how would carrying them both outside simultaneously be safer or more effective in transporting them? Their FB post reads like a cover-up. When I attempted to respond on their FB, my message was instantly deleted and my account blocked. Furthermore, I attempted to log into my Wags online account to gather more information, however, the account was already deactivated. Sadly, after Raven's death I have learned from multiple tangible sources that there have been numerous incidences with mistreatment of dogs (both Tustin & RSM locations). One specific employee (the one who mishandled sweet Raven) is still currently employed at RSM to this day with no repercussion, AND in the past has caused dogs to be sent to vets for mishandling. How are the Wags owners allowing this to happen??? They indicate they are updating protocol.... I want to know specifically what they are doing to make changes, and why is that employee still employed?? THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE IN SO MANY WAYS! I do feel for the majority of the staff who are dog lovers - they are overworked and not all properly trained for emergencies. My message to dog owners: do your due diligence and research. If you have any doubt, would you risk boarding your pet at Wags & Wiggles after hearing these accounts? Thank you for reading and for helping protect our pets. Please share this story as you see fit. Rest in peace, our sweet Raven. You are forever loved and will have a special place in our hearts. Your sister Charlotte looks for you every day and misses you tremendously. We will continue to seek justice for you and other dogs who were injured along the way. Most importantly, let's prevent this from ever happening again.

The manager and associates of this store are beyond reprehensible soulless. They do not care at all about animals, animal, safety, animal, health, animal, welfare, in the slightest. Especially Cynthia, the store manager is absolutely horrific. The store manager, Cynthia, seemed entirely indifferent and uncaring about a dog that was in distress. I explained to her that I came to get an E collar, and only had my phone minimal cash and my rewards points. I was approximately one dollar short from the price of the E collar. Here's why she gets absolutely zero stars. She had the ability to reduce the price by one dollar. But she refused to do so. Until I showed her that chewy sells the same product for five dollars cheaper. Obviously, she had the ability to change the price, as she did as soon as I showed her the chewy app with the lower price. She could have looked at the situation, realized there was a dog in distress, realized that the store was closing in 5 minutes and I had no other alternative, in that I couldn't run home and get back in time, and just reduced the price by one dollar. Common sense customer service, when you're in a position of authority, seems to be entirely lacking of her minuscule and myopic brain. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in their stores. Literally. I don't ask for a freebie or a pass on the amount due. it just seems to me that a reasonable person, in the same situation, empowered to make a discount which she obviously did, would see that I'm trying to help a dog that needs this item for its health and safety. Absolutely horrible I cannot describe how insufferable her attitude was I understand, your business that has rules, and you must collect every last pittance for the corporate bottom line. But she was empowered to make a discount, and instead of doing that, she decided to be belittle me, and basically make me feel like a f*cking degenerate. My advice, go to any other pet store. The store does not deserve our hard earned money. They do not live by their own corporate values. as stated on their corporate website, passion for pets, customer first, do what's right. They did not meet any of these core corporate values in the slightest. This store does not care about customers, nor does it care about pets nor doesn't care about doing what is right. If Petsmart corporate has a liaison, which reads these reviews, maybe talk to your store manager, Cynthia, and discussed the situation. I'm sure she will remember the transaction. There are 1000 different ways she could've handled this better, instead she chose the corporate bottom line over a pet over a customer and overdoing what's right. One last thing that I forgot to mention... Not only is this a dog that is in distress, and needs an E collar, but the dog, is my SERVICE ANIMAL!! , yes Register registered with the city as an assistance animal, trained, and prescribed / supported in writing by my doctor. I hate to say it, but not some fake service animal, but an actual service animal. Yes, I have a disability, and yes, the animal helps me with the disability. Yes she performs specific tasks related to my disability. But none of this is at all important to Petsmart. Petsmart, you get zero stars.
