I'm disappointed with their lack of customer service. As newer customers, we've taken our dog there several times and decided to treat him on his birthday. When we dropped him off, we asked about the possibility of adding a bath. The response we received was simply, "Today is not a good day," with no further explanation. Wanting to understand what that meant, I called for clarification. The manager, Courtney, was rude and short with me, reiterating, "Yup, that's what I said--today is not a good day," instead of explaining the process. When I pressed for more details, I was rudely reminded that there are signs "all over the wall" and that reservations are required in advance. When I asked how far in advance, I had to pull that information out of her as well--she finally stated that typically, it's a day in advance. The entire conversation was frustrating and unhelpful. Good customer service means providing clear information to ensure customers understand policies, not being dismissive, vague, and expecting them to read signage instead of offering proper guidance. read more

We left our beagle for a couple board and train sessions. The breed is notorious for their wild attitude and they worked with him on his behavior problems. The dog enjoyed himself and they left us with some helpful tools to practice and learn to control our anxious pooch. read more

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. The employees were really sweet and this review is only based on the facility and whoever lets it stay that way. I toured the facility about a month ago because I needed somewhere to board my labra-doodle pup Levi for a week. The lobby and little yard looked cute. But when I went to the back to where the actual kennels were, it felt like a completely different place. You might as well be paying to leave your dog at an underfunded city dog pound. It was over 90 degrees that day and it was VERY hot back there. I could only see two fans. Most of the dogs had no fans and were panting. It was still extremely hot even in places there was shade. I guess they're outside even when it's freezing at night. The kennels were spacious but they looked rusty and many of them were bent and broken with prongs sticking out. There was an abundance of flies and bird poop. Even in the kennels that had dogs in them. One of the dogs had ceiling stuffing pieces in its room which I think is toxic. There were kennels in the back that had large holes in the ceiling. Theres a torn up tarp over some of the holes but that's all. I have no idea what they do when it rains. Apparently no one is there overnight and the employees leave at 5:30pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on weekends/holidays. No one is there if something bad happens. The website says there's 24 hour supervision which is FALSE. I asked when they're fed dinner since they leave so early. Their dinner is served in the early afternoon and they're left hungry all night. The employees seemed aware of the poor conditions and were understanding of my concerns. I think they're the reasons for the good reviews honestly. I would never leave my dog in this facility. There are great boarding places out there that are well maintained and safer at the same price. Please do your research first if you really care for your dog and want your moneys worth!!!!!! read more

We have been bringing our dog, Bandit, here for a few years. They are close to our home, and we like the fact that they are onsite if anything should happen. Our dog is a scaredy-cat drama king so leaving him anywhere is never easy, but I feel confident in leaving him here with them. They take good care of him and we know he will be in good hands while we are gone. This is the only boarding place that we haven't had issues with. I've been bring my dogs here for a year. I am in love with this pace! And so are my dogs! Drop off and pick up are easy. The staff is easy going, yet prepared. My schedule and my dogs can both be obnoxious, the staff and owner at paw in order are so patient and accommodating! My 2 GSD are both exhausted when they come home, which I really appreciate. They have communicated about my dogs when need be. When they get a bath they always smell and look good. It's nice to have a place that you can trust and let dogs be dogs. My dogs can't be in the same run together when they are there, they communicated that to me, which says a lot. The safety of the dogs is their priority and you can't beat that. read more

I have a 7 month old German shepherd and he needed a little puppy training so I went with this place...probably my best dog-dad decision so far. After just one day I can clearly see a difference in my little dude. Here you're able to drop your dog off in the early AM and pick up late afternoon (for me it was 9am to 4pm). In that time he received one-on-one training, some social time with the day care dogs and much needed exercise. Afterwards the trainer, Brittany, spent significant time with me to go over the days briefing as well as some homework assignments. I'm very pleased so far and looking forward to our weekly visits. This review is mostly for the boarding. But now I'm beginning to question the daycare itself. I had gotten stuck in traffic and was unable to make it in time before they closed for the day (Saturday at 3:30pm) so I called and asked them to board my dog for the night. I go to pick her up this morning (Sunday) at 10:30am and she is SOAKED in urine, and very stressed. They tried to play it off like she just got into her water bowl (my whole car smells like urine now, just FYI). Then they finally admitted that the last time the dogs are taken out before being boarded until the next day is 3:30pm. That's 15+ hours of crate time. Are you insane? You couldn't have someone come by later in the day to let the dogs out before being boarded overnight? I can't believe I wasted money here, and I will never be back. For a place that is supposed to take care of your pets I'm disgusted that they treat the dogs this way. FYI they will not allow you to go back to view the kennels due to "COVID" rules, but I'm pretty sure it's just because they don't want you to see the conditions they keep the dogs in. UPDATE: my dog also has a broken tooth, something I noticed today because her tongue was sticking out (which rarely happens, and never for the whole day). She doesn't chew on anything hard at home so I can only chalk this up to the daycare. BEWARE of bringing your dog here. read more

We lost our only 13 year old lab the day after easter in 2021. My wife thought I needed another dog since she said I looked lonely. Soooo she surprised me with a puppy an english labrador. I was calling around for a day care for Oliver (that's what i named him) that was close to my work. I found paw n order, asked some question and felt comfortable. When Oliver turned 4 months after all his shots then he went off to school (that's what i call daycare). Brittany, Kai and all the staff are really good with Oliver. Lets fast forward to now that Oliver is now 15 months, he is really good with other dogs with the help of the crew that helped him to socialize him with all the dogs and giving every dog cuddles and love and attention just like if they were home with there own family. This has been a daycare spot that I have used many times because the staff is friendly and there aren't 100 dogs like other places. Whenever we drop off our 2 yorkies and pick them up we never have any issues and they don't smell like urine. I know that sounds gross, but unfortunately I have been to other dog daycares that smell horrible and give the impression they are not cleaned often. The only reason this place is not a 5 star is simply do to its hours of operation. Since I work a normal work schedule of 8 to 5, it is difficult to drop them off when they open at 7:30am and be able to make it on time to my work. The same is true leaving work at 5pm and rushing to try and beat the 5:30pm close time. If they extended their hours a bit, I would recommend it to everyone. read more

The place seemed very friendly and so did the staff, but when we came back we saw that my pitbull was super skinny he used to have muscle before but now he seems skinny af. I had to leave an immediate review since this was my best dog grooming experience to date. I made an appointment just a few days in advance and was able to get a 10 AM Saturday appointment. Showed up at 10 AM and they were prompt with taking Foxy in to the back to start his cut immediately. He has bad separation anxiety so he starts to cry and shriek and soon as he is apart from me. I saw on the security camera screen that the groomer was HUGGING HIM AND ROCKING HIM LIKE A BABY IN THE BACK!!!!! Thank you for loving my baby like your own. I saw him calm down before I left. My Frenchie, Blue, and Puggle, Olive, stayed at Paw in Order over the holidays when my usual sitter cancelled on me last minute. Brittany was really helpful and responded quickly with quotes for their stay and in getting all my intake paperwork taken care of. You can tell that the people there really love dogs and they care a lot about their clients. They let me go back and take a look at the kennels before I took my dogs in so that I could see where my dogs would be staying. I also got back all my toys and blankets I brought for them, which is nice because I know those things can be lost. I just took my dogs back in for another last minute stay while I go out of town for a wedding. I really thought they might freak out because I left them there before, but they were really excited go to back and happily went with Brittany to the back where the kennels are. Usually they refuse to go with anyone but me, even when my boyfriend is taking them outside to use the bathroom. It made me really happy to see that they were comfortable with the staff and the facility and that they were excited to go back. I'm really obsessive about my dogs' care and I worry a lot about them when I'm not with them. Olive has a lot of anxiety and Blue has allergies, but I feel really comfortable leaving my dogs at Paw in Order because I know they're getting a lot of attention in a small facility. we were desperate to find a boarding place for our Springer Spaniel. Brittney was helpful with the initial paperwork and that's why it's 2 stars instead of one. We were not able to see his boarding spot because we were told it was COVID-19 RELATED. Reluctantly we left him. I did more research through their Facebook page and realized the kennels were outside. I've never heard of such a thing especially when temperatures were hitting 90 degrees! Although they were covered, there is so much one can do. We never received any update as to how he was doing. Most places send us an email and pic to let us know he's okay. I called the next day and the receptionist was very hurried and said he was fine. No information as to how his playtime was, if he was eating okay, etc. We ended up picking him up the next day as we were not comfortable with this arrangement. It's my fault for not doing better due dilligence but good grief, telling us he would be outside day and night would have been nice. When we picked him up no mention as to how his stay was and no paperwork regarding how he did. There was a tip section of the stay...A tip section? Do they not pay their employees enough? I've never seen this. After we got him home we noticed he had dried poop on his backside, as if he had been sitting in poop. I had to cut it out,. How does this happen? Paw In Order has been a lifesaver for our family! A few months ago we adopted an older puppy (9mo) who was under socialized and had severe isolation distress. Paw In Order was the *only* organization willing (and eager!) to accept our dog for daycare when he wasn't yet ready to play in a pack. Over the days and weeks, they actively worked with him and thoughtfully introduced him to one dog at a time, then two, and so on until our once shy puppy was able to run and play just like the other dogs! We are so grateful for the amazing staff for truly caring for our dog and for going above and beyond what is expected of a daycare. read more

Never even got a chance to use the service because they would refuse to take my dogs medical records. We had everything required for our dogs to get boarded here but one of the managers insisted that we get a summary page from our vet that showed all current vaccinations, when calling the vet, they said they already provided a complete medical history showing all updated shots. I called back paw in order and you ready for this...... they wanted us to contact the vet again and get a summary page, I offered to connect them to my vet as my fiancé and i were busy getting ready for vacation, they're response to us, was "we are too busy", what????/ are you kidding me? We board our dogs once a month, so they lost our business by making the customer do their job. Definitely do not recommend this place. To be absolutely clear, my dogs all got vaccinated per the state requirements, it was the lack of effort after I had explained several times to her where she could locate the records. And simply put, they pushed us off. Do not go here, even looks like they board dogs in a home which doesn't seem complaint at all. I will be reporting this company to consumer reports, rip off reports, and giving a horrible review across all platforms they list in hopes that they don't waste anyone else's time they way they did with us. Also, instead of calling and explaining the issue, the only way I could get response is by leaving this review, which you can see by their response, they are lieing directly to consumers and yet again. Still pushing this off like it was our issue instead of owning their own responsibility. My dogs are fully vaccinated, your just to lazy to review through the 9 pages not 80! With size 18 font. Come on, shut down if this is how you handle customers. UPDATE: I just got done contacting another boarding place (Petopia Pet Resort) and gave them the exact same medical records that I provided for Paw In Order and you ready for this..... within 3 minutes they identified that all our dogs dig in fact have all updated vaccinations. To top it off, they even offered better pricing because they felt bad we as a customer had to go through that with Paw In Order. I will never go to Paw In Order again, and will still be contacting consumer reports and the BBB on this place for wasting our time. read more

We recently got married and booked our honeymoon immediately after the celebrations and were worried about leaving our 3 dogs (2 rescue, 1 breeder) for an extended stay. At first, we tried our usual vet and THEY actually recommended we call Brittany to see about boarding because they offer the 10% discount for 10+ day boarding and it gives the dogs an opportunity to play and interact with other dogs instead of just being caged the entire stay. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL! The dogs came back after 13 nights, 14 days completely tuckered-out from the experience! Obviously they looked happy and relieved to have us back and to be back at home, but Brittany and the entire staff at PIO were fantastic and they knew the dogs by name (and personality). That's really endearing for us since IVS would confuse our dogs all the time even though they all look different (and you know us crazy pet people ... they're like our kids)! Best part -- it was relatively affordable! I mean, we had them boarded for 13 nights so it was expensive, but having them boarded, with daily play time, and bath for just under $1000 isn't bad. First time I came here was for grooming. Megan did a great job. My puppy smelled great, looked great and was happy. I liked the place and boarded him one night. I was nervous because I don't know how they really treat him behind the door even though I always get great feedback on his behavior. At the same time, I wanted him to try it out, socialize and maybe make some friends. I dropped him off on Monday and picked him up the day after. This time again, they said he did good. When he saw me, he was crying out excitedly; however, when he turned to the lady who walked him out with a very pissed off look on her face, he got quiet down, and his ears and tail were down. I paid $25 for the "discounted" bath since I boarded him there, but he smelled awfully weird. I had to give him a bath myself when we got back home. After that, I noticed that my puppy started to get aggressive toward other people and dogs. He was an adorable and friendly puppy. He never barked at anyone before, ever, not to mention gnarling, but now he acts very cautiously when he sees them. I really don't know what happened in the kernel that day, but I certainly will not take him there again. I also found out that Megan was just an independent groomer for them. read more

A day or a year awesome place to keep your happy and well taken care of while you're away. I took both my dogs to Paw in Order for daycare, one is super lazy the other is super active. Brittany understood both their needs and when I came back I came back to two very happy dogs. The rates were good and the place itself was awesome. They have 2 or 3 different areas for the dogs to play. Best of all I got the feeling that Brittany is a dog person. Sounds silly but it really makes a difference to me. What a fantastic weekend. I was able to enjoy my brief vacation knowning that my furry member of my family was safe and secure. I was referred by my vet and boy am I glad. They were right! When I walked into the office it was very clean and professional looking, yet inviting. I met the owner and staff at that time and was very impressed with their knowledge and care. I am very particular with who watches and cares for my baby. The boarding went well and my dog was very happy and not stressed out. She was bathed and ready for me to pick her up. I also took advantage of the training program and was amazed at the results in such a short period of time. I LOVE getting my dog's grooming done here. My dog is a min pin, so he's very low maintenance. Just requires a nail clipping (which I'm terrified of doing because I might cut too deep) and an anal sac expression (which I don't know how to do for jack) to prevent him scooting on the carpet. This place does a la carte services for that - ranging from $2-15. For those two services it cost me $23, $10 for each service and a tip. Remember its a service! My dog is pretty shy around others because of his history (he was adopted), but every time they go behind the door and come back out, he hears the other dogs barking and wants to go in again! To play, to explore, who knows... Everyone's dog is different, every owner is different. For me at first, I wanted to go behind the door with them. I was a nervous dog mommy. But as you observe your dog and how they treat him/her, you'll do just fine with this place. read more
