We came in to get our three dogs nails trimmed, and two of our three dogs nails were trimmed too short to the point of bleeding. One of our dogs continued to heavily bleed at least 45 mins after when the nail trim was done. There were dogs just running around on the floor in between grooming stations, and everything just seemed a bit chaotic. read more

Recently moved to the neighborhood and in the time of COVID-19, was desperate to find a new groomer for our Cocker Spaniel. I was so relieved to find a groomer with great reviews who was taking new clients. Dropped off the pup before 9am and he was ready by 12:30pm. I like that the dogs are not in crates, but free to roam. They really listened to my requests, even called for clarification, and did a fantastic job! He looks and smells great. Love this place! The owner is very nice and did a great job on my pups. No drama, unlike the last place. Even used my special shampoo and Cremer rinse for my itchy boy. Did exactly like I asked for the cut. They even have a chart board for length of cut when you have them shaved. I may come more often as it wasn't traumatising for my boys. read more

Terri and her team have been grooming Patrick for 5 years and we couldn't ask for a more awesome groomer! First of all, Terri is so flexible and is always willing to find a spot for Pat, even when we call the week of. Terri and her staff are also so gentle with him, he never comes home with any nicks or bleed spots which we have encountered with previous groomers. They always rave about how much they love him, which makes us feel so good about sending him there. He always leaves looking so fresh and handsome, we have never once been disappointed! My two dogs did get a bath from here but it was $130 for pretty much just that. They stated they couldn't get their nails but i took them to another groomer and we were in and out of there in 10 minutes. Also, they definitely were not getting water when they were here. I love how casual and friendly looking the place is. It's fun seeing all of the dogs roaming around while they wait. I'm new to the area and have had trouble finding a reliable groomer. My dog is the happy go lucky kinda guy and he moped around for a week after his last groomer. Not like him at all and that's when I found Terri! Benji came home as happy and as tuckered out as can be...not to mention looking very sharp with his new do:) I love that he gets to have play dates and get groomed at the same time for a very reasonable price! What really sold me was a recent holiday weekend. Last minute plans came up and I didn't have a sitter. I assumed that most places would be booked or it would cost an arm and a leg for boarding. I'd planned on canceling my weekend plans, but figured I could at least try and call around. When I called Terri she told me she was booked, BUT knew a dog sitter that she works with closely that had availability. She also offered that I could drop Benji off at her shop and Sue (his new sitter) would come pick him up from there...talk about service! I had a great weekend and so did my Benj! I'm a newer client and I feel like I've been one for years. Props to Terri and her staff for going above and beyond.
