First of all, the prices are very reasonable. I take my two boys (large plott hound and medium terrier) and get them both done for the price of one at a different grooming spot. The workers are nice, and the location is very convenient for me. The attention to detail, however, is horrible. I've taken my boys in several times and each time there's a different issue. The shop asks you to drop off no later than 10, and asks when you want to pick up. The earlier you drop off, the earlier you can ask to pick up. I always drop off around 9 and request a pick up by 3. Twice I've had to call the shop after three to figure out why my dogs weren't done. When I called I got "oh we are really busy" or "pick up time is not in your notes." Except for my first drop off, no one has ever written down my special requests. As a result, the shop rushed to cut my pup's hair and gave him an awkward do. Today my boys were done on time, but my dog was not finished. I asked for a sani-trim, but the paws and fanny for my terrier was not done. I had to go back. When I brought it up, the job was done, but not a single apology for not completing their job! The price is really the reason to go back. read more

I recently moved to the area and was very happy to find this place. They can take your dog in within 2-3 days and you drop off for 4-5 hours. All the dogs walk around inside the salon so maybe not good if your dog is not friendly. My Alaska Malamute Husky got her pamper once a month and she came out looked like she lost a good 10lbs of fur. Price is half of what Petsmart usually charges me for same service. I'll admit I was a little apprehensive when I saw all the dogs running around because I have two tiny chihuahuas that aren't the bravest but they were still able to clip her nails no problem and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge! I think they handled my dogs really well and I'd love to bring my chihuahuas in again for a bath or grooming in the very near future. My wife and I recently adopted a new dog! Unsure of her temperament around other dogs, we contacted Doggie Dos for a bathing, teeth cleaning, and general pampering, understanding they let the dogs roam free while waiting for their services. Kalani was incredibly understanding of our situation and recommended and early morning drop off to see how she did. Our dog, Wednesday, was so excited to be here! The staff was incredibly friendly. Chris (I hope is his correct name) greeted and introduced Wednesday to some of the other regulars before taking her back for her service. Being her first time there, Heather took her immediately and within an hour she was clean, happy, and ready to come home! Knowing now that Wednesday is great with other dogs I would absolutely leave her there for Doggie Daycare which is included in the service. Her entire service was incredibly affordable and I look forward to taking her back regularly! Heather did an amazing job! I have been taking my little malti-poo, Lola to doggie Do's for about a year and a half now. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else. The staff is AMAZING. The dogs are kennel free and I know that the staff cares deeply for every dog that visits. Lacey always does a wonderful job grooming Lola and listens to what type of cut I prefer and makes sure that I'm happy before I leave. This place seemed promising and it's close by, so I decided to give it a shot since my usual was further away. I also liked the idea that the dogs are not kept locked in cages. Little did I know.... I showed up to drop my dog off in the morning at 9 and omg. It was a circus! The shop is very small, and the enclosed area must have had no fewer than 20 dogs running around! Fur everywhere, dogs shit and piss in random spots. They clean them as soon as they see them, but with that many dogs, it isn't always possible. It seems like their model is to have all dogs dropped off in the morning and they get to them as they get to them. I'm all for free range, but there's just WAY too many. My pups cut did come out pretty nice, but I noticed she was scratching more and found fleas later that day. No surprise given the number of dogs. I decided to give them another shot, and it was no different the second time. My baby came back stressed out with fleas again! This spot just isn't for us, which is too bad since it's so close. I'm never staying from my usual groomer again. read more
