We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

Both times when I told her my dogs named her first response was they're finished and were picked up.... both times. The very first time it went smooth and my anxious dogs were relaxed when I got them. The last two times they were whiny and exhausted like they'd been in a constant state of anxiety. I know it's loud. I'm not unrealistic, but their demeanor was 100% opposite of the first. I took them the 3rd time in case it was a fluke. It's too expensive and takes too long for my dogs to need reassurance after. Sadly not a lot of options out here.

When she arrived the told her they were adding a fee because he became "aggressive". It wasn't a terribly huge fee so I wasn't worried when my wife called me about it. But here's the thing. THEY DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB! The haircut was "patchy" at best, and he hadn't been bathed at all. We called them to correct this, and they were unresponsive to our requests.
