They are an inexpensive way to maintain your trough, the other way is to go castnet for minnows yourself, which is free but time consuming. While our vet did give us a prescription for a mild sedative, I haven't yet filled it, & after seeing a few tv commercials for this company & reading a lot of reviews, decided to give their "Calming" product a try. She's a solid 40# now, but I first only gave her one chew just to make sure she wasn't allergic to any of the ingredients. No reactions, so the following day I gave her two & what a difference!! This product does NOT zonk the dog out at all - she behaves normally, but just with some of the lunatic edge taken off. We don't give it to her every day, as she's not a nut every day, but it definitely helps for those times when she seems overly anxious or crazy, & will be a big help until we are finally able to get her into socialization opportunities & obedience classes. Bottom Line: While I obviously wish the product was a little less expensive, I do understand that you get what you pay for as far as quality, & natural ingredients are always (for whatever reason) more expensive than synthetics.

Her reply was, we don't have any. She did suggest the I use a teaspoon to provide accurate measurement. The problem with that is the pump tube drips fish oil on the counter. Well $3400 later and ER trip in the middle of the night our dogs has sudden blindness and tremors. Serious complications indeed. I'm very dissatisfied in this veterinarian as they should have been more forthcoming with the accurate information regarding this medication. I'm also upset at myself that I didn't further investigate, but most people take the word of a professional. I will be moving our animals elsewhere and am considering taking legal action.
