It's like this every day. I attached a couple videos from different days. The videos are from the alley directly behind sunset barquis. Personally I wouldn't leave my dog in a place that allows dogs to just sit in their cages and bark at each other. They're all prob just freaking each other out. Just a heads up! You won't regret it. They feed my baby breakfast lunch and dinner, walk him and make sure he drinks water. They post Instagram stories throughout the day and send me an email "pupdate" every afternoon that I can't wait to read!!! They also do a photo shoot for certain holidays and even did a birthday post last year for sausage! I have a dachshund and when he hurt his back (not at daycare) and had to be sedated and wasn't allowed to play they put him in an enclosed area covered in blankets and would go in to give him pets. When he couldn't find the water bowl at first, they had him on a watering schedule!!!! I mean this place is unreal. We also let sausage spend the night when we go on vacation and he gets to sleep IN BED with one of the girls because that's what he's used to at home. No crates (unless they want one)!!! Samantha sends the SWEETEST pupdates with the cutest videos of him getting good boy pets and almost every time I come pick him up he is sitting on Zoe's lap! She was recommended to me when I was struggling to find someone to help with my then 11-year old dog Max, who is in diapers 24/7 and has special diet needs. Noemi keeps him clean and happy by changing his diapers AND she even washes his diapers and has sewn and mended his washable diapers, so I can use them longer. When Max was diagnosed with diabetes, she stepped up and when I needed her to watch Max, she also, on top of the diapers, started feeding him a specialized diet and giving him insulin shots twice daily. She goes above and beyond and treats you like family. Max LOVES Noemi. Max typically doesn't react well to being left somewhere, but he doesn't even notice when I leave him at the Doggie Hotel! He loves it there so much and gets so excited to see Noemi. He loves rolling around in her beautifully maintained yard, and I like that it is secure and gated. Her garden is gorgeous; she has even given me many delicious avocados! Typically, I drop Max off in the morning before work, and I pick him up on the way home. However, I don't know what I would have done without Noemi during my big projects at work. Max at times has ended up staying with her for nearly two weeks. She is so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend the Doggie Hotel. Noemi loves and is great with dogs, has a flexible schedule to accommodate yours, and has a great, safe space dogs love. Billie set very clear expectations from the start on how he works with dogs like mine - slowly introducing them to other dogs and walking me through his entire process. His energy is calm, professional and incredibly friendly. After just a few interactions, I felt confident my dog was in great hands and that this was the right fit for both his team and my pup. He offered a solution that works well for us and when I picked my dog up, she was happy, exhausted and clearly had a full day of healthy stimulation in the company of great humans and pups. They are all extremely friendly and nice until you ask questions or have special requests, per our vet. They do not like that! The arrogance of the owner really comes out and they lack humanity. Also, the male groomer, who was super sweet but extremely dim, was blasting music so loud from the grooming van, without consideration for our dogs ears while inside with them. We had two neighbors complained about the noise! And that was during daytime. They also are not very well trained, as they purchased some trucks and hit the road with zero schooling/proper training. They shared that information with my boss: "we just learn as we a go"....They do not like any kind of re-direction when addressing basic issues with the grooming service or if your dog has special needs. They also glue bows/decorations to the dogs heads which was so odd and inhumane. Seriously lacked proper knowledge! Though the owner claimed in her response here to not to know my boss, who paid for the services and mostly dealt with this grooming team, on her response below, the owner direct messaged us and stated she knew who we were. Nothing is a lie in our review and we have witnesses that could not believe they glued accessories to our dogs head which were never asked for and the neighbors to validate how loud the music was as well!!! Pack walks, day care, overnight boarding, AND they do local pickup and dropoff on weekdays which iykyk. Even scheduling is easy because they have an app. The app has their daily report card and pics of their shenanigans. The staff is so friendly and love pupster like family. The manager is amazing and communicative; I appreciate the extra effort to accommodate last minute requests when life throws hurdles. I used to dread boarding because there would be a parking lot meltdown, but now she's so excited to go play and chill. While I envy that she gets to plays while I work, I love seeing my happy, and tired, pupper come home.

I adopted Moxie at about 6 months old after she was found wandering the streets, and she came to me with a lot of anxiety, reactivity, and gaps in early socialization. On top of that, I work 12-hour hospital shifts, so finding a place I could trust--somewhere that would care for her with the level of love, safety, and consistency I wanted--felt impossible. Then we found Anna. Anna is extraordinarily knowledgeable about dogs with trauma histories, reactivity, and anxiety. She balances structure and boundaries with genuine warmth so Moxie feels safe and gets to live her best dog life. She helped me understand my own dog better, taught Moxie how to regulate and interact in healthier ways, and created a routine that transformed our day-to-day. Matt is equally wonderful--gentle, attentive, and always in tune with what each dog needs. She is also incredibly flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups, which is absolutely essential when you live and work in Los Angeles.
