That alone tells me everything I need to know. When I'm out of town, I never worry. Roxane treats my dog like her own -- she even lets him sleep in her bed, which speaks volumes about the level of care and love she gives. She sends me multiple videos every day of Achilles playing with other dogs, having the best time, and just being genuinely happy. ROXY & CHERI ARE AMAZING!!!! I can't recommend them enough! Both ladies go out of their way to accommodate my pickup and drop-off schedule, which is such a lifesaver with my busy routine. My two Frenchies absolutely love them -- they get so excited every time they realize they're headed to their place... and go nuts when they have to leave. They also love sleeping with them for extended overnight visits. Roxi and Cheri have a large outdoor space where the dogs can run around, play, and socialize with other pups, which gives me peace of mind knowing they're not just cooped up indoors. Roxanne is such a blessing. A dog walker from Rover had lost our dog, Nisa, and not informed us at all. Luckily, Roxanne was in her car and saw our dog run across the street in front of her. She followed Nisa and calmly managed to get a leash on. She called me up, brought Nisa to our home, and eventually we decided that it was best if Nisa stayed with her for the day. Nisa's a very anxious, shy, and fearful dog, so hearing how calm she was with Roxanne was fantastic to hear. We've been leaving Nisa with Roxanne for the past few days, and Roxanne has been so patient, caring, and loving towards Nisa. You can tell that Roxanne does this because she truly loves these pets. Roxy is amazing with dogs, and they all love her -- Artie recognizes her voice from a block away, and will sprint to Roxy every chance she gets! Artie loves Roxy so much, and has such a great time with all the other dogs, that we send her for daycare once a week just to socialize and have fun. Dog sitter of the YEAR award goes to Roxane Harris; owner of Wehowags. She literally saved my dog Annabelle today after she was attacked by another dog off leash in the neighborhood. Somehow, Annabelle got out of her harness (with her tags on) and took off running. She miraculously made it across Sunset Blvd without getting hit. Roxane never called me at work to worry me. She went right into action searching for her. After 2 hours, her prayers were answered. She found a very frightened little Chihuahua hiding under a car at the carwash. I have a 6 year old chihuahua jack Russell mix named Yoshi and in the six years I've had him, I've never been able to find someone other than a family member to watch him because of his separation anxiety issues. Roxane genuinely loves dogs and we feel so comfortable with our pup's daily walks in her hands. Not only is she responsive and reliable, she goes above and beyond to ensure our dog's comfort. During the summer months, our apartment can get pretty warm without any AC. She recognized that and brought over her air evaporator to blow cooler air on our dog during the day. She also gave us detailed guidance on where to buy our own, and how to use it. She even switches out the ice packs in our air cooler mid-day just to make sure our dog stays cool and comfortable through the afternoon. She also has a ton of knowledge about what to do for pets in emergencies, she brings in packages, and we know if we ever needed additional walks or boarding, we can count on her. I feel so lucky to have found Roxy! I travel quite a bit and when I met Roxy my Yorkie Bella had just came out of a week in dog boarding. I don't know what happened while she was there but I did not pick up the same dog that I dropped off. She was so anxious around other dogs and had a barking problem like never before. Roxy assured me that through her and the help of her own 3 little dogs, plus the neighborhood dogs she watches on a daily basis, Bella would recuperate from her behavioral issues.
