I alerted the owner of the company & (Barbara's) reply was simply, "Thank you for letting me know", no apology or offer of any amount of refund". She charged me $330.00 & now we have a vet bill as well.

Considering it is double the price of other groomers, my expectations of the service are going to be higher but not unreasonably so. I discussed every detail in person with the top priority being to not cut the beard of my Havanese as a long beard is what gives the Havanese their unique look. This wasn't followed and his beard was cut very short making him look like a Maltese. This awful cut was not only centered on his now lack of beard. The top of his head was cut so short that it does not blend into his ears and his ears were completely removed at the front that he now always looks as if his ears are consistently back and he isn't feeling too good. At $150 for a grooming, I would expect the groomers to have some knowledge of the breeds they are cutting which obviously is not the case at KLOS. They also do not keep grooming notes or capture instructions in a system which they are able to refer back to. This is something our previous groomer did at half the price.  KLOS did offer me a $50 credit towards his next cut which amounts to nothing as no logically minded person would use their services again after such a bad cut. The local pet wash store with their 3 option cuts would have done a better job. To sum up, KLOS is all flash and no form so don't be fooled by the flashy store. It's that flash you are ultimately paying double for.

I found Paw Perfect just looking up groomers online in the area as well as reviews on Yelp, but also remembered I had passed their sign a number of times. It was easy to get an appointment and when I got there everyone was very nice. The problem is that it's very hard for me to explain what I want for my dog. Luckily, I was able to talk it out with a person, who I believe was the owner, and felt comfortable with our conversation. They were busy that day but still managed to get her groomed within about 3 hrs and I was overall pleased with the outcome. She wasn't cut quite how i thought she would be but overall I was still pleased, especially since i really don't know how to fully articulate exactly what I want. Pricing was a little higher than I am use to paying. Yes, I would suggest using their services but I would just make sure you fully understand pricing and also properly describe what you want for your pet a little better than I did.

After trying a few other boarding facilities, (which were not that good) I happened to be driving…read moredown the road and came across Pampered Pet Care. When I got home I looked them up on Yelp. Not many reviews but everyone was 5 stars. I was encouraged so I set up an 8am to 4pm trial run. Cue loved it. What gorgeous country grounds and the facilities were amazingly spotless. The staff is incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable and very caring are a few descriptions that head the list of many qualities they have. His first overnight was a very relived success. Yes they sent pics of him every day. I don't think his feet ever touched the ground as all the photos were of him being held by by different staff members (lol). Immaculate facilities. When I asked why no pet odors, the staff member simply replied , "the owner won't allow it". My pet will not be going anywhere else and I'm so glad he has found such a wonderful boarding facility. Thank you Pampered Pet Care for the love and kindness you give our pets and treating them like they were your own.

New to the area and this grooming salon. I made an appt 4 weeks ago and was told to bring my dogs…read moreat 9:30 this morning because one would be groomed first and then the other. I received no reminder call yesterday or voicemail. Headed out this morning and was 5 minutes away from the salon and got a phone call because they were looking for me. The lady on the phone, who was very matter-of-fact, told me they were expecting me at 9, which was not the time I was given when I made the initial appt. She continued to say it wasn't "her call" it was the groomer's and she was sorry for the miscommunication, but that I needed to reschedule. I asked her to please let me bring them since I was so close to their salon and was told "no". So I had to turn around with two very anxious dogs and go back home. We would have been 10 minutes early for the appt times they gave us, but instead we were sent on our way with no care at all from the groomer or salon. We will NEVER go back there!! To let a customer walk away because of a mistake the salon made was a very poor decision on their part.
