This is ALL HYPED. Believe me. They are really pricy as well, we got the "3 some" and "worx" and it was $14!!!? The quality does not meet the prices at all. The fries were old and greasy, and it was just basic hotdogs. This place was not worth the rave at all. I'm disappointed because the buns were dry. It was terrible lol. Ok so we passed this place a couple times while in Cabo my husband finally decided to stop. After tasting the hot dogs and my husband also had a sausage style we were so disappointed that we hadn't stopped earlier in our trip! The food is beyond describable the owners (couple of Canadians). We're so entertaining and great conversationalist. We will definitely be back here to hound them about opening in so cal!! And to try the rest of the menu. My friends and I went to Cabo for a Nov 2018 trip. We were tired of the same old crappy resort food and searched for local places off the resort. Low n behold we came across Doggy Style and probably tasted some of the best damn hot dog combinations I've ever had in my life. My favorite was the Hawaiian. I was apprehensive at first. I didn't think the toppings were gonna work together but boy was I wrong! Amazing! We enjoy this place and the cook so much we went back one more time before we left. Owner is a really friendly Canadian guy (aren't they all nice?) and, well, he lives up to that stereotype. My family and I wanted something reminiscent of food from the states & my dad has been at this establishment before so we all came here & ordered a variety of items from his menu- poutine fries (no cheese curds, but shredded white cheese) covered in homemade gravy...still pretty tasty. My dad got the Hawaiian & my sister got the spicy dog...we also ordered 2 different milkshakes (one chocolate & one mixed chocolate & vanilla) which was flavorful as well, but could've been thicker in consistency (to be fair, he did say if we wanted them thicker, to let him know). My mom got a plain dog...everyone seemed to enjoy their food, but it was a pretty topical hotdog spot. We stopped in here because we were staying literally right next door and were drawn by the hilariously inappropriate signage and we were not disappointed. The gentleman inside was very nice and the hot dogs (all homemade!) were DELICIOUS. The only downside is that it seemed to be a little busy for one person but the wait was minimal and well worth it. Cabo has several fine dining local food options but for someone who needs to take a break from that monotony then this hot dog/falafel place is a paradise. The owner makes most of the ingredients from scratch like the sauces and sauerkrauts or at least he knows where it comes from. The reason for the good quality is because it is not a chain but individually owned food joint. The owner was very friendly and patient enough to suggest various options to us , he did a delicious custom vegetarian food for us and even kind enough to come out of the restaurant to stop a public bus for us to get in. Do not miss their freshly made Orange milkshake ! Highly recommend this place to anyone who likes quality food and honest people read more
