After one visit, WTSP is immediately on our favorite places list, and we cannot wait to come back. The burgers are out of control good, regardless if you get the smash patty or the more traditional hand patty. The bread is homemade in the best way possible, and the attention to details - the absolutely perfect fries as example - shine through. This food is made by a kitchen that cares. And same for the pizza. I was nervous because I saw everyone ordering REALLY delicious looking Detroit style pizza, but we went with a round, hand tossed, pepperoni number. And man alive, I am glad we did. It was up there with some of the best pizza I've had in Michigan, which if you know Michigan, is saying a LOT. Long story short, this place rules. I was given a good estimate on the wait time for my pizza and settled in with a beer. Pizza came out of the kitchen when I was expecting it. The pie was delicious and perfectly cooked, a far cry from my most recent experience in June when it was a soggy inedible mess.
