Currently loving bringing Delilah to Dogtown. The employees call me if there is a problem, they seem to love her and be happy to see her. They make sure she only plays with dogs that are good for her size. Wash me Wednesdays are also a great deal.

Our dog Hunter loves going to the day care at Dogtown. He goes for walks and plays all day with his doggy friends. The human friends, are kind and truly care for the dogs.

BEWARE!!!! My dog ***DIED*** while under the care of Dogtown. ...if my dog died while she was there, it's possibly that yours could too! Know the risk you are taking by leaving your dog at Dogtown. Here is my story: Our dog Dollie was a very important part of our family for almost 14 years. To my daughter, she was a protector and best friend. To my wife and I, a trusted companion and second "daughter". To my parents, she was their first "grandchild". To our extended family and friends, a favorite topic of conversations and source of joy. To her four legged friends at the dog park, an inspiration as a cancer survivor. Dollie was taken from us in an extremely tragic way. My wife, daughter, and I decided to take a trip to California for Thanksgiving. We were very excited as this would also be my daughter's first time meeting her grandparents as well. Dollie was dropped off at Dogtown Brickell on Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, she didn't even make it through the night. We received a call Wednesday morning, the day before Thanksgiving, and were told she had gotten STUCK IN THE DOOR OF THE ROOM SHE WAS PUT IN OVERNIGHT and had passed away. How could this happen? Why would a "luxury dog hotel" place a small breed Shit-zu dog inside of a room with a door that had wide slots in it like a fence does? Did they not consider this a safety hazard to animals? Or maybe Dollie was just placed in the improper room because they were overbooked? These are the questions that have been running through my family's mind every single night since she has been gone. However, at this point, it really doesn't matter because whatever the answers to these questions are, the result will always be Dollie not being here. After passing, Dollie was transferred to a local animal hospital where they kept her in the freezer until we returned home to Miami. We wanted to say goodbye to her in person. We decided to cut our trip to San Francisco short and come home early to say goodbye to our beloved Dollie. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume anyone reading this has never had their dog placed on a table in front of them completely lifeless and frozen solid. Let me tell you - it was absolutely gut wrenching. Dollie wasn't just a dog to us - she was a member of our family for many years. We are absolutely heartbroken. Dollie's unexplainable passing abruptly and unnecessarily altered my family's life in a way that I do not wish upon anyone. Ironically, I can see the entrance for Dogtown from the balcony of my home. Throughout the day many pet parents come and go with their dogs. I can't help but wonder if they know the risk they are taking by walking through those doors.

Text confirmation day before from company although there is no appointment or groomer when I show up.

I made an appointment scheduled today, Thursday, February 10th. I received a text confirmation regarding my appointment the day before reminding me. When I show up I was told there is no groomer and there is no Mila in the system scheduled for an appointment. Further, the groomer isn't even in for the day. No apologies, no accountability. I never write negative reviews. Only in times where businesses do not take action for their mistakes. It's a waste of time and effort.

Ear infection from a bath my pupper had at this facility

Brought my pup here. First of all, the place was hard to find and the receptionist seemed to be uninterested of helping me to get there and couldn't even explain clearly how to get there. At the same time, my dog was just ok after the wash, compared to other places where he smelled nice. And if I might have considered bringing my dog there again - now I wouldn't and don't recommend doing so since two days later my dog developed an ear infection for which he now has to be treated. They probably put too much water while washing him and didn't even care to check. Avoid this careless business. PS. My dog had to go through a course of antibiotics, steroids, and ear drops all because of this place.

Grooming from Dogtown, done by Bianca!

They did a perfect job with my poodle mix dogs grooming! He is 25 lbs. I have been to so many well recommended groomers in miami and finally found Dogtown Brickell! In and out in under 3 hours. They gave him a perfect cut! And he had no irritation after and normally he is very uncomfortable after grooming. Bianca did a great job!

Been taking Mocha there for at least 4 years, they are always friendly and make me feel like he is safe and well taken care of. They always leave him looking super fresh!

My dog is so much happier coming here instead of having a dog walker. Best discovery ever.

We tried the dog walk service this week and it was great. We completely recommend Swifto services…read moreto anybody. We enjoyed how they have a tracking system in their website so you can track the location of your dog. They also send you pictures of your dog during the walk so you can see how they are doing. We really loved their system and how they keep an excellent communication with their customers. Our dog walker was Jacinda, she did great with our dog Penny. She was really knowledgeable, professional and made sure to ask all the important questions for the wellbeing of our dog during the meet and greet process. We will definitely continue to use their services every time we need them. Welcome to Miami Swifto!!

In New York I was using Swifto both with my current dog and with my previous dog, and couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention to detail. When I moved here, one of the things I was anxious about was finding a great dog walker for my Bulldog. He's not such a great walker, gets a bit lazy at times, and likes to pull on the leash so it really takes an experienced dog walker to be able to handle him. When I found out that Swifto expanded here to Miami as well, boy was I thrilled! They set me up right away with one dedicated dog walker who has just been so amazing. Always punctual, texts me before he arrives, and takes the most amazing photos of my dog. Now, that's besides the fact that they have a GPS tracking app, which, once you get used to it, you really feel like it's a must when hiring a dog walker. All in all it's an excellent dog walking service, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dog walker or dog sitter!

I would strongly advise anyone considering AYP Training to think twice before sending their dog…read morethere. After having our dog for 24 days, it became very clear there was a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and understanding of our living situation. We live in a high-rise condo, yet somehow they spent weeks training our dog to go outside in a backyard setting -- something that does not apply to our home at all. How this was never clarified during nearly a month of training is beyond concerning. What's even more upsetting is that our dog came back terrified of car rides, which was never an issue before. As owners, that is heartbreaking to witness. After reviewing the videos and conditions of the trainer's home, we were honestly shocked. The house appeared trashed, chaotic, and nowhere near the professional environment we were promised when paying for "professional" dog training services. Nothing about this experience reflected the level of care, structure, or quality that was advertised. We invested a significant amount of money trusting this company with our dog, and the results were disappointing from start to finish. Between the misrepresentation, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, this experience felt extremely misleading. Save your money and do your research before trusting this company with your pet.

Dee came out to our house to give initial obedience lessons (actually, to train us!), and we followed up with group lessons at their facility. It's a great opportunity to drill in the basics, learn strategies to get your dog paying attention to you, heel, walk on a leash without pulling, follow basic commands. Attending the group sessions is also wonderful for socializing your dog. Beyond the basics they have agility training and other advanced classes. AYP also has excursions like a beach day... we're hoping to catch that with our current foster dog Velcro!
