They are hardworking and love the dogs staying with them as their own. The dogs get plenty of outdoor and indoor run time. They have air filtration systems, expansive cleaning systems and more. All dogs staying get to use an included Kuranda bed and are welcome to bring any toys/blankies with them. Love Dogworks Kennel!! I have a special needs boy that I have been looking to take to daycare for socialization, and to have some fun. We found our place!!! Jody and staff are great!!! They have been so kind and understanding in working with him (and me :) ) by slowly introducing him to all the new and fun things to do there. It was immediately apparent to me that they genuinely are about the safety, and well being of all the dogs there... and of course, the fun!!! BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. the actual care for my pet was amazing, however, it took 23 days for them to invoice me even after contacting them to ask about why I hadnt received a bill. The invoice was finally received at 10:47a yesterday and included an erroneous charge for daycare services that were not provided. The charge was removed once I reported it. I planned to pay the invoice today when making out my other bills. At around 8:50p last night (approximately 10 hours after the initial invoice was received) I was sent a text and told a $50 late fee was going to be added for non-payment. When I responded that I'd only gotten the invoice earlier in the day, the response was pay your bill, when I responded again, their response was pay your bill. They had other priorities for 23 days, and I wasn't even afforded the same grace I gave them. Their failure to properly communicate and invoice me timely, is not on me. I will never use their services again after the way I was treated and spoken to. read more

When I say that Jody and Edward are the very best in the area it's truly an understatement. We first went to Jody with our two fur babies who were totally out of control, feeling so hopeless that our girls would ever learn to listen to us we decided to give Dogworks a try. May I say I didn't think it would work, well after 28 days Jody brought home our little ladies - and ladies they were. After two weeks at home Jody came to visit to see how we were doing, when she came in our Sophia who isn't a kissy kind of dog - went wild - crying and kissing Jody like she had missed her so much and our Ella felt the same way. That's when I knew we had found the very best place in the Rochester area to train and board our beloved Sophia and Ella. Jody and Edward treat our fur babies like they are their very own. They are a kind, compassionate, reliable and loving couple who love what they do and it shows in their work. Our fur babies have the best kennels, running and playing area, they are clean and large.
