I put out a send a quote thing through here & this place was the FIRST place respond. I literally called 30+ plumbers that say "24 hour service" & was going to pay whatever stupid fee was needed .. but no one responded. Not only did he respond fast, he made his way here in less than 30 minutes and got here before I had to work, went out right away and found a new replacement (without upselling me on stupid things) & got it installed in under 2 hours. I started off having them do some plumbing work for me to correct issues identified during a water meter replacement. They did a great job so I quoted for some more work - a leaky toilet valve, replacing the main water shutoff gate valve that leaks by, and a spigot that cannot decide whether it leaks or no. They sent thorough quotes that gave me all the necessary information to gather comps (none of which were comparable in price or thoroughness). I decided to move forward with the water heater and leaky toilet valve (when it rains it pours; AC went out at the same time I needed this job) and Tim showed up right at 9. He was polite and respectful and got right to work. He brought the new water heater in on a dolly, appropriately strapped and used a part of the cardboard box to protect the unit from the ratchet strap. When he had to run out for a part, he let me know and went to get it. The water heater install and toilet valve replacement took around 3 hours. I did a goof and moved cash to the wrong bank account and didn't have my checking account funded on the day of service. I called and talked to Audrey while Tim was still on site and she said it was totally fine to write a check that would be ready to cash on Friday (it's a Wednesday currently). Customer service is top notch and a great example of why to keep using independently owned businesses when private equity and corporate options seem like an easier option. One consideration is that of the 4-5 times Front Range Water Heater employees have been at my house, none have covered their shoes. For service professionals entering a home in all weather conditions and going back and forth to the nasty crawl space, that's a level of respect to the homeowner that I hope for every time and rarely encounter these days. So I'm not docking them for it but I do hope they consider the practice.

He listened to what I had tried and then tackled the issue from the outside main sewer line back into the building. The clog was quickly found to be an issue of hardware that "toileting" items were catching on and the sewage was backing up into my unit/condo. He got the camera out, and videoed the entire situation as proof of damage to the underneath of my condo, the clog in the line and it was immediately sent to my HOA, who, before this plumber left the restoration team was on the phone and the "nightmare" of restoration began. Mike was very pleasant knowing what I was about to deal with and had nothing but great information, and fantastic customer service with getting me at least to the point of having no further issues of flooding under my home. He billed the HOA and that was the part I felt bad for as they never got back to him or contacted him after he tried numerous times. I finally emailed the board members directly to get him paid almost 3 months after the job was completed. He was never rude, never put the bill into collections, or made it hard for me to get him paid by the HOA.
