Will never be going here again, I've realized the service here will never get any better and I've taken my business to Center Aesthetics. In summary, the receptionists are rude and always sound annoyed like they you're bothering them by calling. Jen overbooks her patients, and is always running around frantically, which as a result turns into very rushed procedures. (Be prepared to wait at least two hours and have your procedure last less than 5 mins) She doesn't listen to anything you want, I've had my lips done multiple times and the last time left me with half a face that did not move from misplaced Botox. When I tried to get it fixed they were not helpful at all. I've been left with bumps and dents in my lips that wouldn't go away, and I ended up being very insecure of my smile because of Jen. I had to get $2500 of Juvederm dissolved and had to start all over at this new place where I have had completely opposite amazing results on just my first injection. Today I had my first appt with Dr.Jenn DiLandro. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely lady at the desk, which pretty much set the tone for the whole visit. The nurse was so friendly and eased any concerns I had while also managing my expectations. Jen was super nice and did NOT try to sell me on ANY treatment! Do NOT come here if you are looking for lip fillers. I now go to a different place for fillers and it's night and day compared to dolce. Jen injects so aggressively it left a large lump on the inside of my lip. Not to mention it hurt and she injected so fast it took no more than 30 sec to a minute to finish top and bottom. The other place I go to is so much more meticulous, for the same price and the results last way longer. I don't know what's in Jen's product, or if it's watered down, but her filler lasts only about 2 months for 1 mL syringe. The other place gives me my desired results with 1 syringe used over a period of at least 6 months for the same price. You're looking at spending 500 bucks every 2-3 months just to maintain results if you go to dolce. I gave this place 2 stars because Laura saves this medspa. I came to her for laser treatment and she's go great and always asks if you're doing ok during the procedure. So for laser, yes it's good, but it's a hard no for lip fillers here. Save your money and go to a dermatology office for them instead. read more

I debated leaving a review here as I don't like to negatively impact small businesses however after my services with Dr. Jennifer I feel as though I do need to provide some warning. I went to Dolce for under eye fillers. I have thin under eye skin and typically do a cannula with great results. Dr Jennifer only does the surface injections. I didn't completely understand the differences till now, however I feel that Dr Jennifer should. After my injections I had two dark blue half moons under each eye. I went back for an evaluation 30 days later feeling really insecure about how I looked. Dr Jennifer somehow convinced me that it was because I needed more filler which I let her do. As you can image it made me look even worse. The blue under my eyes is caused by the filler being injected to close to skin called the Tyndall effect. It's been 3 months later and I have been getting my filler dissolved by another medical spa. I still have half moons under my eyes post dissolving twice now. I hate the way I look now and feel very insecure any time someone looks at me. On top of that lost so much money on these procedures. My intent is not to bad mouth dr Jennifer but take this as a warning I do not believe she is knowledgeable about the effects of filler on everyone. I feel like she should have known after the first procedure what was happening. read more

I completely agree with Bk G's review. My last visit was Nov 2020 and Jen who I think does wonderful work wasn't wearing a mask all the time and when she did it wasn't covering her nose. The wait was an obnoxious amount of time, over 90 min. I am willing to put up with the rushed environment and a wait time for excellent results. However, the Botox wore off very quickly and she talked me into doing more than I have done in the past so I would have expected the results to last longer. read more

I've never had injections anywhere done before, of course I was slightly nervous and once I walked in everyone made me feel at home and completely comfortable. Once I sat down I was filling out the paper work and then had numbing cream put on so I did not feel a thing. Even though I was waiting for 15 minutes it felt like nothing because everyone here talks to you like friends and family. I've seen previous complaints about wait time but that was no issue for me and even if it was I would look at the bigger picture, Jenn is one person, especially having family in the medical field you can't take the frustration out on them. So I'm updating this review based on my 6th laser session. I've been coming here for a while now and I am extremely happy. The people who work here are really nice. They also do their job well. I've needed to reschedule a few times and they were able to accommodate me. The prices are very reasonable. They're a busy place, which is good. There is like 2 parking spots which do get full.. that I dislike because parking in the neighborhood sucks. So to the good stuff... Before coming to get laser done I've had excess facial hair since the start of puberty.. yay genes... not! It was something I've always been low key embarrassed about. I used to shave, wax and pluck at my face. A co worker of mine recommended laser and at first I was hella nervous. I did some research online and decided to go with it. Now that I've finished my 6th session, I've purchased another 6 sessions because I'm so happy with the results. I've noticed a drastic difference in the amount of hair on my face. I no longer have the dang dreaded 5 o'clock shadow. My skin feels and looks better. No longer am I shaving daily. Now, I shave like once a week... if that. I feel so much more confident in my skin because of laser. The laser no longer hurts like a rubber band hitting the skin. I can get through the whole session without stopping ( the ladies are great, they're always asking how I'm feeling to make sure). I like that the laser is really quick.. I want to say under 20 minutes for sure. I also love that they dont push other services on to you.
