I have been loyal to another nail salon in the area for many many years. I have now completely converted to Dolce. The ladies were very friendly and the inside of the salon is clean and inviting. Most importantly, my nails came out amazing. I got a gel manicure and it was fast and efficient. Karon did a great job on the shape and kept them as long as possible (always my #1 goal). They have great options for gel color and even have matte top coat. They also offer the more efficient UV lights that are less harmful for your nails and don't give your nails a burning or stinging sensation. I LOVE Dolce. It is my two hours of relaxation and my favorite time of the month, hands down. Diem has taken care of me for maybe almost two years now. I refuse to see anyone else. She knows my shape and style, makes sure I see all the new colors, and works with my schedule. If I break a nail at 3am, I'll receive a text back at 3:30am asking when I can come in to get it fixed. Never have I ever encountered such exceptional service. She even invited me & my fiancé to her one year anniversary for the business (as she did all her regulars) and her and her family made home made authentic food for all of us. I thought Diva Nails in Lisbon ct was a joke of a business until today. This place is Not professional by far. It should Not matter what gender the person is if he pays to get his toes acrylic pink and whites. What matters is how the employees treat the customer. I called there 3 weeks ago and booked an apt. for today at 2:15 p.m. I went there in person last Saturday and......I am a male by the way and have nad my toes in nail pro magz. I showed them pictures of how I want my toes done. They said they could do then just that way. They said 35$.............. Today I go there and someone is at my 2:15 apt. They say they cannot do my toes. They tell me it is now 52$ A man said he would do them when I talked to them the 1st time... But a girl was to do them today. I wanted them shortened and square and a full set. But the girl is in her own world or country where they interrupt me in my sentences and talk their own language. Again this company does not give a shit about what You the customer wants.. They do it their way. This company lies also. Right to my face. I would rate this place a 0 read more
