I told them over three times it hurt. I asked them over three times to stop and not file my nails down anymore. They did not listen and continued to file them as it was visibly hurting me. My nail was filed down so much that you could see the redness of my skin UNDER my nail. The fact that they ignored me multiple times is unprofessional. It was obvious that they were talking about us too. I question if the lady who did my nails was even licensed due to how bad of a job she did.

Location is convenient. More recently though I've been disappointed. We switched to a regular manicure to give our nails a rest and the polish was soft. Had to remind about a top coat. Sat for a long time waiting for the nails to dry. Still in 2 days time the manicure was not presentable. The pedicures don't seem to last as long either. Another time they drew blood on my finger with the tools they use. To top it off, they do the power gel and then charge to remove it when we return for a change of color. So when we went for regular manicure the price was $20 plus $10 removal. A $30 manicure that lasted 2 days? Not feeling the love anymore.

They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted. My manicure came out perfect and Cathy was careful with the dremel not to knick my cuticles. They include paraffin dip in my powder manicure. The service provided by the male technician was incredibly rough and unprofessional. He forcefully adjusted my arm without asking and burned my fingers with nail glue. Despite informing him three times that it was burning, and knowing that nail glue should not cause a burning sensation, I was told to 'be patient.' He also excessively filed the skin around my fingers, causing irritation that is still happening hours later and I even told him it was getting irritated while he was filing. He also repeatedly slipped with the nail file, catching it jabbing under my nail, without offering any apology. Overall, this was a highly unpleasant and concerning experience. Given the lack of care and professionalism, I would strongly advise others to visit the nail place "Sugar Nails" which is only a minute away.

I went to the salon and spoke to the woman who did my nails and another nail tech that said "it happens at our salon if you don't like our service I suggest not coming back" like no actually I don't love my nails ALL pealing after 24 hours of them being done.
