I absolutely love Waves. Every stylist there is very professional, kind and talented! I've been going here for years and for the first time my hair was only a little uneven, honestly I was probably being too picky, but without question the owner Holly brought me right back in and fixed my hair and brows cost free. The vibe is so great too, some salons you go into have that "mean girl" vibe but here everyone is a girls girl and they'll never steer you wrong. Have been a loyal customer here for years. This past appointment my hair was destroyed by color highlight. Owner offered complimentary conditioning treatments while chewing her breakfast on the phone and then never called back like promised. Very disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. Save your time and money. My hair is now permanently damaged until it grows out from their lack of knowledge and I could have just gone to a high end salon for what I've spent. read more

I loved my time at the salon!!!! It was my first experience here, normally I go to a different salon closer to home. I'd seen a hairdressers work on Instagram and booked an appt with her. I had such a nice experience, the staff was super friendly, it was clean, and I LOVED my hair. I recommend it to everyone now! They do hair, nails, tanning, massages, facials (I think?) and probably more that I'm forgetting to mention! I saw Lindsay and would recommend her to anyone wanting fresh color - especially blonde. So, recently my dad was dying and I called to see if I could get someone to come and cut his hair. The owner came right over and took care of my dad. I was so grateful! Had my hair done there about 7 years ago and absolutely loved it but decided to go back recently a few weeks ago and saw Theresa. She took me in late and was more concerned with where her lunch was than doing my hair. I showed her pics of what I wanted and even though my hair is above me shoulders she said the ombré style I chose would look great and assured me it would come out how I wanted. Right after we talked about it she acted like she had no idea what color I wanted my hair to be. She made a huge mess applying the color to my hair and proceeded to tell me the style of my hair was horrible and she "needed to fix it" before I left. She applied all of the color - the base color and the ombré color - at the same time and left it on about 30 mins. Once she rinsed it I could tell it was not what I wanted. She then proceeded to "fix" my hair. She parted it incorrectly after I had already parted it for her then proceeded to cut my hair uneven and so short underneath I cannot wear my hair up, not even half up without seeing there is at least a 2 INCH difference between two layers of my hair. So embarrassing. The ombré was supposed to be platinum at the ends. Came out straw yellow. I left almost in tears. She didn't style it the way I asked and told me she knew it was brassy. I had to buy $14 platinum blonde shampoo to help my hair reach the color she was supposed to dye it. I was so angry, embarrassed, and upset when I left there. I know I should have called back to have her fix it but I can't even look at her again or go in there ever again. I'm disgusted with her and the fact she was too busy worrying about food and talking to other stylist's clients that were coming in to color, trim, and style my hair properly. She flat out told me she wanted to call whoever trimmed my hair last and tell them to F*** off and never cut hair again. Very rude and unprofessional. Glad it was cheaper than I expected because they don't deserve my money or my business. Would give it a half star or less! read more
