Over all pleased. I'm a diagnosed perfectionist who normally does her own nails as I'm never totally satisfied with another person's work. I like how the technician shaped the dip so they don't look like horse hoofs. My Goddaughter had Ann and had flowers and a em French tip look which came out very cute! Quiet place. Lots of technicians. Clean salon (floors, bathroom. . . ). Thoughtful about hand washing, having everyone wash hands upon entry. Acrylic windows in the acrylic divider between tech and customer are a bit large but I just masked for safety.

I took a tip from a good friend and went to Dolce Nails even though it is 30 minutes from me. My coworker always goes to Anne but she wasn't available. So I scheduled for Lynn (who I also have heard good things about) but I actually got Stephen. My manicure is amazing. I got a dip soak off and a dip manicure. It is the best in Nashville I have ever had. I will definitely go here again!

I finally found a nail shop in the Nashville area that I can trust EVERY time. The salon is so neat and elegant. They are one of the few nail shops that make drastic measures to ensure they are following CDC guidelines. You get your temperature taken upon arrival and have to wash your hands before being seated whether you're getting hands or toes done. Every single tech here takes their time, so you will not be disappointed by who you are paired with. Cyndy Tran did my longer nails with the white tip, Lynn did my toes, and Steven did my shorter nude nails (photo taken a week and a half later). I recommend Dolce to anyone.

i had a gel manicure done at dolce nails and two days later all of the fingers except for my pinky finger peeled completely off (photos shown were taken before the rest of the peeling took place). we called the store and they said they had a guarantee for the gel manicure to last two weeks and that i could come in and they would redo it. explained that i was out of town for work for the summer (i am a touring musician) and they said that i could come back when i got home. so today after getting back into town i called and reminded them that i would be coming in to get my nails redone from when they all peeled off and that i had pictures of the receipt and the peeled nails with the date on the pictures and the receipt. the receptionist told me to come in, so i drive 40 minutes to dolce nails. upon getting there they told me there was nothing they could do since it has been longer than two weeks...that they weren't sure who i had talked to but if it had been longer then two weeks without seeing the nails they wouldn't redo them for me. (we live in a town of touring musicians and people who travel for work...i don't feel like that is hard to understand...) i spoke with the manager and explained, offered to show my pictures as evidence and she refused to look at my pictures and i was not offered anything as compensation. i have worked in hospitality before and every job i have had, we would make sure to go above and beyond to take care of the customer, even if the customer is not right... we would take care of them. so my problem here isn't with the quality of service, it is with the complete lack of customer service. take care of your customers and they will return. don't take care of them and they won't. i was fully prepared to tip whoever was helping today very well. instead, i was stared at as i ashamedly walked out of the door. all of this to say, i will never be returning to dolce nails.

Very reasonable price for just gel on my hands which was $15 (not the full mani service). My nail tech, Caitlyn, was so sweet and very easy to talk to. Two weeks later and my polish is still on strong. I went back the next day to get my toes done with Caitlyn again. I wanted to just get the gel off and add regular polish to them. She did some scrubbing here and there on my callouses, but not the full shebang (which is what I asked for). The service ended up being more than anticipated, but maybe I'm just not too familiar on how the pricing works. I'll have to clarify next time. The polish is still strong on my toes, tho. I sipped on my wine while waiting to get my toes done and utilized the massage chair. It got a little uncomfortable when it was getting tight around my butt and hips, but there didn't seem to be an option to make it stop. I sucked it up for the time being. I didn't have great phone service while in there, but it definitely could've just been Sprint being spotty. Asking for the wifi next time!

Love this place ! Only had one bad experience where my gel nails started peeling so bad after 1 week that they literally were able to peel them off , but they fixed em free of charge ! And when you get a mani here they guarantee 2 weeks fix ups free of charge ! Which is awesome ! Ask for Cindy she's da bomb heheh:) I love the pedis they're so reasonably priced only 30 and 35 for upgrade to hot wax pedi which is my fav ! Needless to say these guys have been in the game for a while and know what they are doing and how to fix any mistakes! Waaaay better than the nail bar never feel unwelcome by the girls here like you do at the nail bar front desk !

O...K how to write a review about a nail place without sounding weird?? They serve alcohol....yes that is a plus for any establishment in my opinion that deals with sharp tools around my FEET! Wifey brought my here as part of my bday and i'm not complaining cause hey...brotha like to be pampered from time to time! :) So i got these eagle claws done on my feet. Now everything was relaxing up until I realized that my wife and daughter got young tender roni's and i got the female version of the old dude from the movie Karate Kid working on my feet! She was kind of rough but the worst was yet to come as there was a part where they put your foot into a plastic bag filled with HOT WAX!!! I tried to man up as best as possible but gotd%*!@ it was hot!!! I sucked it up and swallowed the wine in attempts to black out under alcohol and my feet melting off but that didn't work as i asked her to remove them! It was such a relief when she took the bags off and put it in cold water and began massaging them...ahhhhhh now that's more like it! Customer service was very good! They checked on me, wife and stepdaughter repeatedly and even engaged in conversation. Ambiance is nice, and they massage chairs were like heaven! Only point i make is to make sure you want the hot foot wax ordeal before you dive in! I must admit that my feets are nice and smoove afterwards..lol yes i said FEETS! :) Probably will return...just saying :)
