Definitely do not recommend this place at all. Took my stove to get diagnosed, keep in mind I tie ropes for a living. It was raining, as yall can see I wrapped it up and tied it up. Even if the knobs fell they would have had gotten stuck in the wrapping. In the picture you can see all the knobs in place. Another thing I want to add the truck I transported the stove on won't go over 40pmh because of transmission. So I know for a fact they couldn't have flown out like they said at the store. We get there I go inside and start with paperwork. When I come back to the truck Pedro who's been with them over 30 years according to what the owner said. Had already unloaded the stove, and unwrapped it. Cool no problem but than he asks me if I'm missing the 2 left knobs which of course threw me off a little and I was like they should have been there. I looked around the truck bed around the area nothing. Keep in mind I drove in the service road at all times because I live next to the service road that literally drives to DoLittle's. I was going a good 30,35 mph so I drove back and drove slowly all the way back to Dolittles and nothing no knobs in sight if they would of fell I'm pretty sure I'd seen them in the road if not next to the road. I went back to the front desk told the lady if we could review the cameras I clearly said I didn't want to blame nobody because accidents can happen. She said the only person that has access to the cameras is the owner who is not here today but I can call him. So she did I explained to him what was going on he said that their was no reason for them to have my knobs. That he wasn't going to be at the store until today Wednesday April 22, 2026 and that he was going to review the cameras and call me back. So here we are today he didn't even call me the girl at the front desk did. And she told me they reviewed the footage and they didn't see anything. Ok cool so my wife goes up there to speak to the owner and show him the cameras of how it left our home. And you know what the owner said he said he didn't have access to the cameras that his wife did? So how is it that the young lady told me that the only person that can see the cameras is the owner whom I spoke to. And than on the phone she said they reviewed the cameras but than my wife goes up there in person and the owner tells her that he can't see them because his wife is the one that can see them!!!!! They really screwed us over some knobs when they cost 25.99 for a new pack at Amazon. It's not about the money it's about the principle. This people are not trustworthy and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. read more

I've bought several appliances from Dolittles. I bought a matched set of kenmore washer and dryer. 400.00. They deliver and set up. No problems. Over the yrs parts wear out. It's a common thing.they will service it. Not free. But they will fix it if you can't. When buying an appliance , keep your choice simple. Parts wear out. Computer parts in a washer or dryer,is asking for trouble. Just saying. I replaced my dryer again and Doolittle came through again.​ read more

We are currently leasing our home, and we recently were taken over by a property management company. Back in October 2025 our fridge went out, and we lost hundreds of dollars' worth of food. Our property management company let us know that Dolittle would be reaching out to schedule a delivery of a "new" fridge. The fridge was delivered a few days later and upon delivery the company had 1 person deliver. The person broke our door frame from cramming the fridge into our home and then continued to scratch our wood flooring from the front door to the back of the house where the kitchen was. When we told the driver he just stood there and said nothing, during delivery we also noticed the fridge was not new but used. I called the company to let them know of what the driver said and I was then contacted by the owner of the company and he let me know when he had time he would come by to look at the damage but claimed he had something to fix the scratches on the wood flooring but did not say/do anything about the door frame. The next day the fridge stopped working and we lost more food. I called the company and it took them close to two weeks to get us a replacement fridge until they found a stainless-steel fridge and for the owner to come take a look at the flooring and door frame. Excuses were that they didn't work on weekends and timing did not fit with our schedule as well. When the owner finally came, he brought us a super old black fridge that looked to be from the 90s. The "fix" he had for the flooring was a marker that did nothing for the scratches. He let us know that he would tell the property management company of the door frame as well as the flooring. The "replacement" fridge he brought immediately started leaking from the bottom ruining our wood floors and also roaches were coming out of it. This was told to the owner through text and me calling the company and he would sometimes respond with "still looking for fridge" but nothing else was done or said about the roaches or leaks. When calling the store when the owner would not response women answering the phone would ask if I was sure I texted him and then that I should try again since he lives out in the middle of nowhere and sometimes text don't go through which I have never heard of. Last week my husband and I were fed up, and I texted the owner letting him know that we would be throwing out the "replacement" fridge and purchasing a fridge of our own. NO RESPONSE. I then called the company, and the same women said the same excuse about him being out in the middle of nowhere and that we couldn't throw out the fridge as they needed for it to be picked up. I let her know it would be out on the curb Saturday when the new fridge was being delivered and she let me know they had no one to pick it up Saturday so for us to not put it on the curb. Owner still never responded but reached out to our property management company asking them to relay the message of them coming Monday to pick up and that if they did not get the fridge back the company would not get their money back. Monday the women called to confirm that we still had the fridge and when I told her they were the worst company we ever dealt with she just said okay and that someone would be there soon. NO APOLOGY AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. read more

People if you are tired of other appliance stores telling you that they have better services or quality that is not true here at Dolittle they will go beyond the norm and expectations to provide the best service and fix any problem. While their appliances range in from used to new their prices are all reasonable. We love our new washer we bought on June 25, 2024. Would recommend people to buy from Dolittle as their costumer service was fantastic and the products are reasonably priced unlike other appliance stores that do not work as good. read more

I tried these folks after a friend highly recommended them, but I have come to regret it. I bought a set that but had to call for delivery. Then when the washer didn't work, they gave me the runaround about fixing it. Even worse, the owner tried to renege on the 90-day warranty Doolittle's offers to fix your appliance after you buy. He even nitpicked about exchanging the duct, which had a tear. I'll never use these folks again. I should have overpaid for some bells-and-whistles set instead. read more

I stopped in their shop to try to find a replacement cord for my portable air conditioner. Despite the fact that they don't handle that kind of business the girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and very helpful. She took the time to find what I was looking for online and wrote it down and let me know what to look for. She told me if I had any trouble getting it ordered or needed more help to go ahead and call her back. How refreshing!!! I've seen some poor reviews on here and I have not done business with them yet but I wanted to post this because I was surprised to hear that after my experience with her. As a business owner and employer I can say she represented that business in a way any owner would be proud of. If by chance she was the owner and not an employee then that lets me know I want to go back even more! read more

Scheduled deilvery for Wednesday between 9am and 12pm. No one showed up and no one called. Called the store and rescheduled for Friday 9am to 12pm. They showed up at 1130am, installed the dryer. Then the dryer didn't work. It didn't heat up. The tech that delivered it never tested it. They finally came out Monday to fix it. I know they're selling used appliances. And I suppose if you want to wait 6 days to get an appliance that works, then go ahead. I won't use them again. read more
