Washing machine went haywire on Christmas Eve. Called a company on 12/26 that didn't service our area and they referred me to Variety Appliance Repair. After determining the problem, he gave me a couple of different options (both of which included a quote). Both options were fair considering the amount of work involved. Howard actually recommended the cheaper option without trying to up-sell or anything. I chose than option and about an hour later our washer was up and running again.
