It was a fresh set too, but I desperately wanted to remove them because my eyes were swollen, red, and itchy all around. I called around multiple places for a short notice removal appointment. The salon was so accommodating and understanding and were able to squeeze me in after hours! Christie was my lash tech and she was very kind and gentle on my lashes. This interaction alone took all day long back-and-forth when I was busy and she kept giving me conflicting text messages because I wanted it all in writing.
