Went in on August 31st and told me my suit would be ready sept 4th due to the holiday. I dropped off a 2 piece suit and a button up shirt, it all came out to $17 and some change. The guy that helped me out was friendly and approachable, and that is always a plus. I am not sure if I am ready to make this my go to dry cleaner but will definitely come back to check them out again.

This makes it difficult to address problems after the fact, since you've already paid regardless of the outcome. The overall experience has also declined. Instead of returning items neatly steamed on hangers with protective covering, they now hand them back folded in a paper bag. It feels rushed and lacks the care they used to provide. Overall, the new management seems to prioritize process over customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place.

I brought 10 pair of pants in to be hemmed. A very simple request . One pair needed a 28" inseam…read more They others all 29". One pair had raw edges and I wanted a regular hem on them too. While I was there the gentleman place a tag on the one pair of pants that needed the 28" hem. I was told the next day all the pants were ready for pickup. I picked them up. When inspecting the pants at home, the one pair with the raw edges was not hemmed and looked like a pair of scissors was used on them making an uneven cut. I was charged for this! The one pair that was tagged for 28" measured 29 " with the tag still attached. The inseams measured differently from one leg to the other on 5 of the 10 pants. I called, explained the situation, spoke to a woman, and was told to bring them back in. I did and the woman at the counter apologized after see looked at the pants and said their regular seamstress was on vacation. This was a Friday and told me to come back Monday and the pants would be fixed. When I came in today, my one pair of pants with the raw hem was still not hemmed! The pair of pants that I wanted the shorter inseam, 28" was still 29". But a pair of my other pants that needed the inseams be redone so both inseams were even, now have been hemmed to 28"! They male counter person insisted I wanted theses pants hem to 28". Absolutely not! The pants that needed the 28" had a tag that he, himself safety pinned to the waist when I originally brought them in. He said I wanted to keep the raw edges on the one pair. If so why would I bring them in, I could cut the legs myself and save $18.0! Unbelievable attitude and very poor quality of work. I do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. I received a refund on the pants that were never hemmed, but not on the other pants that weren't hemmed correctly and another pair ruined by hemming too short.
