This particular location is at the Millcreek Pavilion shopping center on Interchange Rd. and directly off of I-79. The building itself neighbors a Ross and Michaels as well as many other retail stores and restaurants in this area. Parking can be fairly easy no matter what time of day or evening you come. They also have very respectable hours being open Monday-Thursday from 9:30am-9:30pm, Friday from 9:30am-10:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am-8:00pm. As many people know, HomeGoods is also part of TJX who also operate TJ Maxx and Marshall's stores around the United States, Canada, and even some European countries. HomeGoods mainly focuses on small furniture items, linens/bedding, cooking products, ceramic dinnerware, lighting, art, area rugs and other home accessories including candles, perishable food items, pet accessories, and bath decor. During my visit which was on the evening of Friday 9/15/2023 at around 8:00pm, the Erie, PA location had a decent amount of customers while the store itself was very well stocked. One employee was organizing pillows while another was sweeping the floor. I did also witness several sales associates ringing customers up as the line moved rather quickly. Again, many retail stores including this "HomeGoods" can be very busy depending on the time of day you shop. They also carry quite a bit of seasonal items to spruce up your home; autumn/Halloween from Sep-Nov, Christmas from Nov-Dec, so on and so forth. With that said and done, I am giving this store an above average four-star rating.

I have spent hundreds (if not more) $$$ at this store over the (almost) year they have been open,in…read moreMeadville,Pennsylvania...having said that,I recently had to return an item ($18.00) and I did have the receipt-The clerk that waited on me was very rude,did not make eye contact,turned around after picking up my item and stood there with her back to me for a full 3 minutes...she then slammed the item down on the counter and asked me why I was returning the item-I told her it was an "impulse buy" and after getting home I realized I just did not need it...The rude clerk then made a face (lips clenched tightly together,eyes rolling up to the Heavens) and asked me in a very snotty tone for the receipt...while I was retrieving the receipt from my purse this snotty,rude clerk let out a huge sigh and shifted her feet and stood there glaring at me in a very icy tone...I put the receipt down on the counter rather than in her outstretched hand and she snatched it up so abruptly she almost ripped the receipt in half!! After finally getting my $18.00 put back on my card (mind you,she did not ask if I wanted cash back or the money put back on my card) she again made no eye contact with me when I said "Thank you and youre welcome" rather she simply rolled her eyes upward again and mumbled "Mmm-Hmm" through clenched mouth....just WOW...I do not think I will be shopping at this TJ Max location in the future, but if I do,I definitely will NOT be "impulse' buying!!! Also,I am thankful that I always keep receipts so there should never be a problem when and if a return item deems necessary. For many minutes, I was looking at merchandise near employees, and they said nothing to me. Eventually, another employee greeted me and kindly asked if I needed assistance. While I was looking at the merchandise, I noticed that my size was not always in stock. A section of this store sells apparel, loungewear, and undergarments for the sub-brand Aerie. I picked out a tank top to buy. The cashier did a good job with ringing up my purchase. The tank top was on sale for only $10. Under the lighting inside the store, I had thought that the tank top was gray, but under the lighting in my home and outside, I saw that the tank top was actually olive green. Well, the tank top fits my body well and has a color that looks good on me.

There were two female staff members that were very professional and kind. The owner/pharmacist greeted us and returned our insurance cards immediately to us so they would not get lost. The wait time was minimal and they were courteous to a breastfeeding mom having to feed an infant in their waiting area. We are happy to have them as our new pharmacy. Having grown up in Erie, our local pharmacies never provided such individualized and personable service. We appreciated it. We look forward to more positive experiences. Also, our daughter has cancer and often has emergent prescription/medical needs and I feel confident that we'll be able to be cared well for here at the Union City Pharmacy.

I am glad I did. I knew that there were not as many jewelry cases in here, but it doesn't hurt to look. I walked in and made my way to the cases. An associate saw me at the case and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was in need of and he spent the next ten minutes or so helping find a replacement that could hold me over. He scoured his cases looking for the right gauge and knowing that I didn't need to spend a fortune found me something to help the situation. He went above and beyond to help me out. After finding the earring I browsed the store to see if anything else would catch my fancy. A few things did and I made my way towards the register. The register area was the only hold up. It was weird how they make you flow down the center aisle of the store, but it worked. Made my purchase and headed out the door.
