No one was available to put the order in my car. I had to do it myself which I was also trying to avoid because of my back that I'm in physical therapy for. E. They substituted an item without asking. This isn't my definition of curbside pickup.

Something that you tried today because they had 5000 of them on the shelf may not be there when you go back to get more in 3 days. However, you may find something you like even better in its place. Last time I was in there (2-3 weeks ago), they still had a great selection of Bob's Red Mill organic products, which they seem to be carrying pretty regularly these days. The prices are great and the Johnson City store has recently had an overhaul, complete with cleaning and reorganizing, so it is quite nice in there now. The furniture selection is good, but if you see something you like, you better get it now, because it might not be there tomorrow. I do love shopping at Big Lots, but sometimes it's just a bit frustrating.

I asked the girl someone that I had saw many times always unfriendly seems to be above everyone to be above work if she could get me a can tell it pissed her off she walked back got me a can never did speak next thing you know she was gone just left me there I finally saw her she went back over and started ringing up groceries never said a word left me standing there like an idiot ask her what the problem was she said I'll get to you when I get to you.. now this is the way priceless is letting employees treat their customers because this has been going on sometime with this girl I wish I had got her name but all I can say she was working self-checkout around 12:00 noon Saturday November 22nd. This has got to be the worst grocery store in East Tennessee. She saw me standing at the customer service section and never tried to assist me. I went to the express lane and asked the gentleman there for assistance he went to her. While I understand Covid has changed everyday life for everyone, common courtesy shouldn't be that hard to come by. A simple hey sorry we aren't taking returns now (when the sale sign was completely misleading) instead of the curt smart response I received. I too work with and have worked with the public for 34 years. I will NOT be back to any of these stores. I will encourage everyone I know to avoid them at all costs too.

Called and they immediately looked up the cameras to find where my items went. It seemed that I did indeed leave with all my items, but I was surprised because I did not see them in the bag with the receipt. The manager Anika looked at all their cameras to help find my items. She even went to look at the outside cameras and lobby to see if I dropped them. I started wondering maybe I should look one more time in the car ...and surprise they were in the car door! I feel bad for making them search so much during a hectic time of year. I'm so thankful for Anika and the employees at Gabe's for insuring that I got my products. I paid this Dollar Tree a visit today as I was trying to kill some time while waiting for the Bus to pick me up. I had just gone done going to Sonic's and saw this shop here. To say I was impressed was putting it mildly. Unlike other general stores I've been to, all of the isles were not cramped together. The merchandise was neatly organized. There was just the right amount of staff to assist the customers... which might I had the staff was very friendly. Shoutout to the manger Richard. If you're reading this, I'm the Joe Felix Rosenburg in the nWo attire who spoke with you about professional wrestling. Anyways back on track. But the major thing that makes this business stand out is the prices. Almost every item in the store sells for $1.25. And we're not talking small things. We're talking food. We're talking general quality of life stuff. Stuff you would not expect to find for $1.25. Here's an example. A jug of bleach. You need it for your laundry. How much did it cost at this Dollar Tree? $1.25. Do you know how much you would spend to get that same exact sized Jug of bleach? Like anywhere from about $10-$20. Let's be fair about one thing. The world these days is TOO EXPENSIVE to live in. If you're hoping to live on your own, you really need to be bringing in some money with a good job. Health Insurance? Too Expensive. Rent? Too expensive. Gas prices? Too Expensive. Food? REALLY Too Expensive. No matter what way you look at it, we tend to spend A LOT of money on the daily just to get by. This place is absolutely perfect for helping people who need something, but they don't have a lot of money to spend. They can buy what they need here, and if there's something they need that this Dollar Tree doesn't carry, they will have more money to spend elsewhere. Why? Because they saved a lot of money by shopping at Dollar Tree. I cannot state enough how awesome this place is. Let's put it this way. If you're facing financial hardship, you NEED to shop here. On the downside, they may often be close outs. I've found amazing products but know I may never see them again. Also, often have a good selection of vegan products.

I found some canned products that were either out of date, or nearing expiration. The store itself was not exceptionally clean or organized. Looking thru the meat section looked O K, but again, no great deals to be had. Sometimes I think people see the word Outlet and expect cheaper prices, but that was not experience.
