To compare I usually shop at Trader Joe's and sometimes Publix, Publix is only when I'm grabbing a few things since we all know it's expensive. Comparable in prices to Trader Joe's but still overall cheaper and I appreciate that. The customer service is okay, and I wouldn't go further than that, you aren't greeted, you can't really find anyone for questions, and there's at max one person in working a register with all other registers being self check out. The store was very clean and everything was pretty easy to find. Super cheap wine options, hopefully they don't taste as cheap as they are lol. Overall, I'd say this is an amazing store for families, it won't break the bank. however, I'll likely end up going to both Trader Joe's getting only some things at Aldi in the future since you just can't beat Trader Joe's creative cultural options and super friendly customer service.

It's a Winn-Winn, they say!…read more Winn-Dixie has truly upgraded their game! Taking the spot of the old Lucky's, Winn-Dixie has rolled back into town and they are GLOWING!! I'll be honest, I'm usually a Publix, Trader Joe's or Ward's kinda gal, but this Winn-Dixie has made me into a renewed fan. It's all bright and shiny now because it's new, and the overall new layout and vibe has definitely set the pace for the future! The open floor plan really makes me feel comfortable, especially in a pandemic, as I can move around and really explore the aisles without bumping into someone! With organized aisles, bright lights and enough friendly faces that don't leave you waiting in long lines, Winn-Dixie is starting off on a good note! My favorite part of the store? The Taproom of course!! I was spoiled with Lucky's option to sip and shop, and I was SO excited to be greeted by the glowing lights of the bar! Sometimes chicken breasts are BOGO as well as bagels, bread, even sweets sometimes. Two weeks ago, I even got the huge bags of pizza rolls BOGO. Helps a lot when you're a struggling college kid. While I do agree that sometimes the produce isn't super fresh or stocked, it's rare that it occurs. I also don't typically shop for produce here since it CAN be a bit pricey. I'm not from the state, so we don't have these stores, but I was surprised to see a bar and hot food towards the back of the establishment. It's always clean and the people working there seem to be nice. They play a lot of rock music, which I like. It's a cool vibe. Overall though, this specific Winn-Dixie is a personal favorite. The store is fairly new so it has been well kept. According to Google, a different Publix is closer but we enjoy this location better. I was filling my prescriptions here for years and recently switched to another pharmacy due to my standards. There is only 1 pharmacist who is nice and all the others are very short and display a flat affect. The staff at the deli counter are great but the sub counter is a different story. It's not that employees are mean or hostile; more short and not personable. The customer service is pretty good here. I have visited the customer service desk so many times for rain checks or returning/ exchanging expired items. There is a younger guy who works nights usually who is amazing. I need to catch his name. The store is usually very clean and tidy. Every time we have visited, a manager has greeted us somewhere within the store. The ladies who are usually at the self checkout are our absolutely amazing! A negative factor is most times the items on my list are out of stock. Oh and many times items are way expired.

Employees were not friendly, and checkouts you have no way to know who was open, their checkout space is narrow . I have a detailed list of what i needed for our daycare, i was only able to buy 3 items on that list. What do families buy here that have children??Ended up going back and finishing up my shopping list elsewhere.
