It was so unexpected as I told the cashier who was so friendly and celebrated my joy. I was told They would not arrive until the 4th by my local traders. They arrived on the 1st. The location was fully stocked, service was great and I love the wine display they have. The staff seemed happy to be there. The store organized and clean. I will definitely make the trip to shop here again.

The cashier who opened up the line looked at my daughter and said are you ready in a rude voice? we had two different transactions. I went first I put my things on the conveyor. The young woman proceeded to give very dirty looks at me and looked at my daughter, and my daughter told her I was looking for the dividers, but you really couldn't see them so the cashier goes. They're right there. They're like right there Pointing her finger and speaking very aggressively to my daughter we had my two grandbabies with me five year-old & 8 month old , but that did not seem to matter with this woman's personality so my daughter politely said well I didn't see them cause they're so small the cashier proceeded to check my things off all the sudden she takes the close sign, and she slams it down on the conveyor belt speaking through her teeth, like grinding angrily I'm closed to which I looked up and I said my daughter is with me but we have two transactions, The cashier proceeded to give me a very dirty angry, look talking beneath her breath to the point where I made the comment you need to please stop. She got louder, and I said you need to stop. She aggressively handed me my receipt. I took my receipt. I went to go look for a Manager, which there was no Manager to be found. I believe corporate does need to put up a phone number where customers can get in touch with corporate when things like this happen. It did not just in there. There was a family that was in there shopping and they thought it was funny how this woman was treating my family and I to where we were literally taunted out in the parking lot. This could've escalated into something else very quickly in our time we live in unfortunately that we I'm thankful that it did not, I do expect Aldi to handle this situation ASAP. I will not be threatened by one of your employees or have my daughter,grand babies at one of your stores by your employee I don't have to tell you this is very bad for business. I completely understand and it's very well known that because of its organic food selections and quality that Whole Foods does selectively market to a higher economic demographic that is less price sensitive. However, I am in that upper demographic and I'm getting distracted by getting a salad and some olives and walking out of the store with a $35 bill. At this price, I can just eat at a restaurant, and a decent one at that.

I also love their bread. It does expire faster, but that's actually a good thing since it has minimal ingredients. I just pop it in the freezer and take it out when needed and it tastes exactly the same. The quality is great, and the bread is pretty affordable for how clean the ingredient list is. The ambience is great and honestly one of my favorite parts of shopping here. The store feels clean, calm, and enjoyable to walk through, which makes the experience better overall. Service can be okay. Most of the time it's fine, but occasionally the cashiers near the beverage area can come off a bit rude. It's not a huge issue and hasn't stopped me from shopping here. Yes, it can be expensive if you grab the wrong items, but the 365 brand is usually much more affordable and still great quality. Overall, I really love shopping here and keep coming back for the quality, bakery, and atmosphere.
