I am amazed on the variety of goods from household items, school supplies, toys and plushies, food items and snacks, and so much more. I finally found the squeezies. While I was looking around I saw a cup of pens that had a plastic lid and while there was plenty available, like 10+, all of the lids were broken. This wasn't the only product that had multiple broken on the shelf and they were scattered across the shelves too. When I went to check out, I saw they only had self service check outs, which I prefer because I like avoiding the social situation as an individual with social anxiety, but there was an employee that was doing it all for you and working with like 3 customers at once. She'd take items out of your hand forcefully to scan it even though you were in the process, and overall it was really rude. At the very end, the screen asked me if I wanted a printed or emailed receipt, then it gave me an option to pick the amount of stars to rate the cleanliness of the store. I picked two stars. I don't think it was very clean to have broken plastic shards around a store that often has children in it. It's not glass, but it can absolutely be a safety hazard. The woman saw me press two star and she started yelling "NO YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO HIT FULL STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE." I kindly explained to her that it wasn't about customer service, it asked for store cleanliness and she insisted I was wrong. I told her I'd be happy to go online and answer whatever survey they have for customer service on the receipt and I tried looking for it. She replied in the most condescending tone "that was the survey you just answered incorrectly." I again explained it was asking for the cleanliness of the store and she insisted again I was wrong. This was only 7/16/25 at about 11:30am. Honestly, after that, I'll stick to the Lancaster store.
