Not only was the service exceptional but the bikes were new and ideal for the island. When we asked about baskets, she said they had ordered them but they were not in yet, so she loaned up a backpack (no charge, nice). Two hours later, she texted us to say the baskets were in! Great service. There are other bike rentals on the island but I highly recommend this one which is clean, neat, totally on the ball and even has a store dog:=-)

Went a 2nd time a week later (different cashier) same rude attitude. Waited a month to give it a 3rd try, and 3 strikes and you're out. Gonna have to shop elsewhere till someone addresses/retrains the staff/cashiers. It's definitely worth the drive to go to Panama City to get your groceries for the week.
