Like many other Texans, I made my COVID-19 vaccine appointment through HEB's main website (vaccine.heb.com). After finding a spot available at this pharmacy, I filed out all the information and received a confirmation email. When I got to the pharmacy, the staff was super friendly and already had my name on file. They asked me to fill out an additional form and answered all of our questions related to the Pfizer vaccine. The staff was very nice and even gave my husband additional information on how he could get his vaccine (he is not part of group 1A, 1B or 1C). In just a few minutes I was called to separate room to get my pfizer vaccine and received some additional paperwork with information on side effects. Thank you to the staff for their hard work and for getting Texans vaccinated!

After more than 10 minutes, someone finally came out only to say they were closed and I'd have to come back in the morning. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and the manager Jonathan handled it with zero urgency or professionalism. If your team wants to close early, stop accepting pickup orders you clearly don't plan on fulfilling.
