First of all, the woman helping us was very helpful and didn't mind at all that I seemed to request one tray after another for viewing a variety of pieces, not really knowing what I was looking for. I found a great pair of hoops almost immediately, which was fantastic as I'm oddly picky about hoop styles. We scoured the store and found a great necklace option though it was silver and a quick text revealed she preferred gold. While the store didn't have quite as many gold pieces as I would have liked, I did find a great pair of costume jewelry earrings to add to my gift for my friend... and the silver necklace I'd been considering for her, well, I ended up getting that for myself. Maybe it's because I wasn't wearing her favorite color because she had red coloring all in her head that looked stank with clearly a stank sarcastic attitude to match. FYI if you are in the customer service business and you refuse to give good or choose rather poor customer service just get out of the business. Times is already bad economy wise. I'm spending money that definitely doesn't grow on trees. The last thing you want is not only for money to not come in, You also don't want people running your future sales away. There were other ladies in the store shopping that we walked past so when one of the workers yelled across the floor "can I help you" I wasn't sure who she was speaking to but my roomie and I were in mid conversation when it was said. Before we could respond the taller of the two ladies cooped a huge attitude and said "excuse me", like she was speaking to a child who wasn't listening! That was the straw that broke the camels back and we left. The taller lady continued to have an attitude for some odd reason. I feel like they felt we were not dressed nice enough to be shopping in there. This woman was just plain rude! My thing is she could have come over and asked us, not yelled at us from behind the counter! There's s thought!! It was the first time I had been in chicos and it will be my last. I have told everyone not to go there and I have a lot of high end clients. They are super rude. I even sent a complaint to corporate!

They have your usually mall stores such as Journeys, Macy, Dillard etc. I love popping into Crate & Barrel and exploring what they got. Few food joints around such as Auntie Anne's. Each store; you'll get great customer service or just okay. Depends on where you shop; the price can be low to high. Lots to explore here. Plenty of parking but it gets super packed during the holidays and summer when the kids are out of school.
