We scoured the store and found a great necklace option though it was silver and a quick text revealed she preferred gold. While the store didn't have quite as many gold pieces as I would have liked, I did find a great pair of costume jewelry earrings to add to my gift for my friend... and the silver necklace I'd been considering for her, well, I ended up getting that for myself. The art is always knowing which items are worth paying the price on the first day and which will likely persist later in the week so you can snag them on a cheaper day. I stopped by on a Saturday and got a $45 bag of specialty protein powder, a couple good things worth $30 a piece to sell on eBay, and some top-notch grooming products, each for only $7. This particular store has some great items, mostly Amazon returns though I did see some other items that imply there might also be undeliverable mail or other remainder resales. While many items are boxed, they have a place in the store where they will open the boxes for you to see if it's something you'll want before you buy. Knowing what day to go depends on what you're looking for: if you want to get good electronics or nice housewares for reasonable prices, going the first day of the cycle (Friday) is your best bet. If you are just casually looking for good deals, I recommend Monday or Tuesday since items are only a few bucks and you're almost certain to find something that piques your interest. I as well have been thinking about it for 20 years. lol so on a whim, we made appointments for a couple hours later since we had lunch reservations first. We utilized the QR code to make our appointments. When we came back, we were about 10 minutes early. That gave us a chance to quickly look over the jewelry and choose what earrings we were going to use. The staff were all very helpful. They explained everything a few times and even went over the jewelry options. Rowan takes this very seriously from products used to those they higher and the process they do for piercings. Let me tell you a step up from the 1990s when I got my ears pierced. Our nurse Lauren was fantastic. If we wanted her to explain the process she would have. I personally was OK with no explanations. Just get the job done lol because I was nervous my daughter on the other hand she wanted to know the ins and outs and everything because she is just curious and was not nervous at all so Lauren was able to work with both of us.
