I've been to this Kohl's store a handful of times. All of which with my mother. It's a good place for women's clothes primarily, but obviously Kohl's offers plenty of household supplies and other items as well. And Amazon returns now, for whatever reason. So far, the store has been orderly and neat. It's easy to find professional attire. I wouldn't say Kohl's is my favorite department store in general, but this location is run well and I'm sure I'll be back. And probably with my mother in tow. read more

A friend & myself were out at the Kohl's short pump location, in dire need of clothing for an event the following day. We entered the store at 8pm and were browsing the clothing. We found many pieces and headed to the dressing room. At 8:20pm, we exited the dressing rooms to find we had been locked in by a rack of clothes in the hall. We were told the dressing rooms close 30 minutes prior to closing so that the staff can walk out right at 9pm, when they close. That's all fine but the attitude we were met with was unacceptable. A red-head women told us to put all the items back ourselves because they were not going to be hanging them up since they needed to leave right at 9pm. Will not be returning to this location. 2 stars because the store was clean & the woman at the checkout was lovely. read more

Curbside is super convenient. They send an email when its ready.. you pull up, reply to the email checking in to say your there in parking space #2 and they bring it out. Pop your trunk them bam! They bring it out to you. read more

Service sucked lines were long and every time they called for more people no nobody came. 30 minutes in line and the people behind us left saying to let the manager know they lost business. The only reason this place has a 3 1/2 star rating is because customers like the ones in front of us knew people who worked at the crappy store. Go to Target instead! I used to think of Kohl's as an old lady store until one of my coworkers talked about how they have great little boy's clothes, so I decided to check it out online. Turns out, she was right! Man, I was really blown away by what I was able to find. Plus, the sales and the Kohl's cash on top of that? Management and staff aren't as friendly as many other Kohl's locations I've visited in the area and across the country. If you need assistance from management, don't even bother speaking to their poor excuse for a manager, Elvis. Some areas are very cluttered. The store really needs an overhaul or a way to expand its existing space. 19 years ago or so when they moved to this location, it was just Kohl's and Home Depot. It's evident that they didn't plan for the future. This store location reminds me of an outlet store where discontinued or items that didn't sell well get shipped too. On a positive note, there's sales all of the time. If something you want isn't on sale this week, then more than likely, it'll be on sale the following week. There's great deals on towels and linens throughout the year. They're of good quality. read more

Wow, I feel sorry for the Kohl's workers. Kohl's does not appear to have enough workers/cashiers. Be prepared to a long wait in the checkout lines. Oh my goodness -- The returns / "customer service" desk -- Employees are not very friendly, but I wouldn't be either if I had to work in this crazy environment. I have never understood the appeal of this store. It's an old school department store model with a little bit of everything from clothes to kitchen electrics. Lines can be long, and display of merchandise cluttered. Just not my thing. read more

Ordered some books from Amazon. Needed to return them and since select (W. Broad Street location) Kohl's is now partnered with Amazon for returns. I went there to return them. Returning the books was easy as pie. Went to customer service gave them the return invoice. They printed the return label, took the books and boxed them and shipped them back. Was shopping with my son. Took forever to find someone that worked there for help. Then had to wait 45 minutes at checkout. Only 2 registers open, incredibly long lines and no backup. When someone responded to call for help, a guest had already left (Kohl's lost that sale). The woman who responded seemed to know some guests in line and blew off need for help. Finally an admin person responded to open another lane. Ridiculous, and horrendous experience. Don't go to this store location. read more

I wish I got the woman's name who helped me last Thursday. She was short blonde and very sweet and personable. She was working at the customer service desk and helped me with all my returns and even helped me use their computer system to reorder items from my online order in the right size. Awesome customer service and I will be back! So happy with my first experience ordering online and with the store. read more

0 STARS IF POSSIBLE! A dear friend of mine came to this location today and a cashier decided it was her place to tell my friend how to be a mother. As my friend proceeded to check out her son became upset and began to cry, as she apologized to the cashier the cashier repeatedly said "mhmm" until saying "this is why you don't wait to feed your baby, it needs a bottle" (my friend personally chooses to breast feed and had just finished nursing in the restroom before going to checkout) so being the AMAZING person she is she pulled her breast out at the counter only to be yelled at by the cashier that her boob wasn't a bottle... clearly. But because she was so worried about parenting someone else's child she double rang multiple items and overcharged my friend. A single cashier just lost this location over 10 customers. Oh also when my friend called management to complain, their response was simply "someone will call you back" read more

This place is more of an over rated goodwill. tons of clearance that are obviously worn and used clothing due to the massive returns I would assume due to the constant long lines of customer service. The place is always a mess when I have been. Management needs to work on their attitudes and not berate their employees in front of customers. read more

Came here on Memorial Day evening for necessary items and upon entering the store the cashiers shouted, "We are closed." The signs on the door stated open from 8am - 10pm. There was no signage for early closing and we arrived around 8:50pm. I will never go back to this Kohl's and have considered not shopping at any location due to poor customer service and lack of communication. read more

I gave this place one star, because I was there the other day and I had terrible customer service. One of the manager name Sam was very rude, we've waited 5 minutes for him to come and he was not very polite at all. Then as I was getting ready to leave I over heard him talking very rudely to another employee. Maybe I was wrong but from afar you do not talk to an employee that way. I am pleased to say Stephanie from customer was very nice and helpful, the women from the shoe department was helpful also, and a young lady janisha was helpful, they are all wonderful ladies that helped me. horrible customer service .i was trying to shop for shoes and was trying on different shoes.this employee in the shoe department comes up to me and asks if i need any help and keeps staring at me rudely.i was trying on different shoes and was planning to keep them back in the boxes once iam done with selection.i was trying them on many times to compare the comfort.she kept on looking at me and told other shopper too about me and didnt give me enough time to select .then looking at her behaviour i had to put shoes back in the boxes .she was rudely staring at me until i put them back in the boxes.i felt very insulted.how am i supposed to buy shoes without trying them on?she acted as if she owned the store.worst experience ever ! read more
