    Was refused a car and then was refused a refrains because they claim I no showed. I will never use this company again.

    I have executive status at National and they SUCK! I had problems w/ my personal auto where the…read moremechanic wasn't going to finish the job before the weekend. So, on Friday, 8/27/21 with about an hour before closing, I call their reservations dept at 844 382 6875 and rent a car for the weekend, Friday thru Monday. Before I hung up the phone I had the "confirmation" in my email, so I thought everything was great. Fast forward 15 minutes...I'm already in my Lyft on my way up to the Plano location when the manager calls me to tell me they do not have anything available, I'm like WTF!!! I'm loking at my email on my iPhone and I have a confirmation, whaddaya mean you don't have a car? He gives me some BS that the system has some lag and that their availability is not really "live time" or some shit like that. I tell him I'm already $12.00 into my Lyft ride on my way up there and all he can do is apologize and says "I can continue to come up there but he cannot garauntee he'll have any cars available when I get up there. So, I told the Lyft driver to turn around, I was certian I'd get this resolved thru corporate. The below images of correspondence are in chronological order. Notice the dozen or so customer service reps all promising the same BS. First, the insincere BS apology, then their BS commitment to get this resolved. To date (9-20-21) I have yet to speak with the F'n manager, or anyone for that matter from that location. I'll be doing a status match on a competiting rental agency and going to give the rental days away to someone I don't like...

Turns out it's not that different…read more They sold me a "certified" car that had passed all of these points of inspection, only to find out that the compressor had to be replaced and the clutch was burned out. To their credit, they did pay for the repair. But it took multiple trips to the repair shop and was a huge time suck for something that was never supposed to happen. Still waiting on a $100 check to reimburse my pre-purchase inspection, and for a part to be ordered for my roof rack. I talked to another mom at the childcare who had also bought the same model of car at Enterprise. She said her car had waterlines on it-- it was probably flooded. And she didn't know until she had already bought the car and was cleaning it. I would NOT trust the certification process. Bring it to your own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection before your 7 day return window is up. Make sure they fix everything before the 7 days is up.

I said I wanted something that was gas friendly. He said he has a Dodge Charger or Nissan Altima. I said which ever is gas friendly. We went to the garage to look at both cars, only one was available, the Charger. I asked about the Altima and he said it would be about 20 minutes to get it and they are getting ready to close. So my thought is how are you going to offer me two car options and only have one available. Then the white Dodge Charger looked grey because it was so dirty. They can have this not gas friendly car back. I look forward to my car finally getting done. It's been over two weeks. I hope my future experience with Enterprise will be better.

    **1-Star Review**…read more Very disappointed with the service and professionalism at this shop. I brought my 2017 Audi Q5 here for a coolant pump replacement. Immediately after their repair, my vehicle developed new issues that were not present before. On the day of pickup, I noticed the **check engine light was on**, which was not there before. Initially, they denied that it had anything to do with their work, but later discovered that **a fuel injector had not been secured properly** during their repair. That alone was concerning. After I got home, I found that **my center console buttons had completely lost power**, which had never been an issue before this repair. When I reported this to them, they again denied responsibility and claimed it was an existing issue, even though it happened immediately after their work. In the end, they were **unable to fix the center console problem** and simply told me to take the car to the dealership. After causing these problems, they **did not apologize** and instead stated that I could complain wherever I wanted. This experience caused significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and forced me to spend additional money diagnosing problems that appeared right after their repair. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
