Went I went to pick up my rental car, I was treated disrespectfully, and was made to wait almost TWO HOURS for the car, despite the request having been called in DAYS before! And although I was told at that time, and again when I returned the car, that there would be NO out-of-pocket cost to me, because the entire cost of the rental was being paid by State Farm Insurance (as a result of a claim which had been processed and approved), and although I was clearly told that my credit card number was being requested by them ONLY for identification purposes, Enterprise subsequently charged $19.54 to my American Express Card, for a fraudulent charge which I suspect they have also charged to State Farm Insurance! (I have already disputed that charge with American Express.) I strongly urge anyone needing to rent a car to avoid Enterprise!!! read more

I'm usually in Dallas a lot and rent from the airport location. This time around I just so happened to be in the Frisco area so I went the local route in order to get a one-way rental car because it was close to the hotel I stayed in. I rented a full sized vehicle at this location last week and ran into some maintenance problems with the car that needed to be addressed. I called to inquire about swapping the vehicle and was told their vehicle inventory at the local branch office was low and nothing in my class was available. Expectation wise they fell short and this was not the experience I would typically associate with their brand. I spoke with Tanner at the location and he was able to go above and beyond in order to correct things after giving him a detailed list of problems with the vehicle. He went ahead and deducted the one-way fee off the rental for my inconvenience which is exactly why I will keep renting from Enterprise in the future as they are customer centric by listening to my concerns. I would say that my rental car trouble was a one-off as a result of a very busy Thanksgiving week and not a representative reflection of all vehicles on their lot. Hence I am giving them a benefit of a doubt here since the experience overall with the branch has been very courteous. My wife had a reservation to pick up her car at 6pm today. Due to traffic we didn't get here till 6:08pm, late I understand. But the lights were off and the door was locked. No phone call to follow up if we were running late or if we needed to cancel our reservation. Not only that, there was two people behind the counter standing in the dark looking at her. The sales rep has you add to your toll tag Acct but when removing , if it doesn't process all the ay through on NTTA , enterprise has no problem billing you for their customer tolls . Enterprise car rental is a shitty company especially the one at 6464 Preston rd Frisco TX 75034. I made the reservation for the vehicle, received the CONFIRMED email it will be ready. As I'm out the door heading that way I get a call from Ryan saying I'm on a "on call" if they get any cars available they will call me and let me know. since they don't have any cars I needed to go find other enterprise car rental place and see what they can do for me. WTF RYAN. people rent cars for a reason. Nothing like helping your customer out and try to make it happen. So I went online and chatted with Amanda and she basically said I needed to call around and see if they have vehicles available if so I will need to reserve for that vehicle once again. A couple of weeks ago my car had to be towed to a Mechanic as it would not start. I call Enterprise in Frisco to reserve a care for 24 hours while my car was being repaired. This is not the first time I have reserved a car there, they have always been very professional and helpful. Prince from Enterprise met me at the Mechanic in Frisco right on time 5pm. Very nice gentleman. He waited while I was taking care of my car inside the mechanic. We drove back to Enterprise to take care of paperwork. He made sure I knew how to use all the accessories in the rental a 2019 Hyunda (my car is 15 years old) So off I went. The next morning the mechanic calls me to advise what is wrong with the car. I told him I would be there at 5pm to pick up my car as I had to go to Enterprise to return the car. Prince at Enterprise also drove me back to Mechanic. When we pulled up my car was still on the rack in garage. Prince insisted on waiting until I knew my car was ready to go. He totally went beyond what was necessary. Thank you Prince for making sure I was safe and had a car to drive home. read more

VERY, VERY courteous and caring service from the time they picked me up at the Auto Body Service Shop to delivering me back to the Shop after the repairs were done on my vehicle. They were helpful and treated me exceptionally well. And this applied to all the staff - not just one person - from the driver to the office and counter staff. All deserve very HIGH marks!!!! And they were all (men and woman) very professionally dressed and the office was organized, clean and it was a pleasure working with them. This location is unbeatable. Phillip, the manager and his team go above and beyond for their customers. My one week rental turned into a 32 days and with so many requests made by me, the team treated me like the most important customer they had. I've watched them with other customers and their service is excellent. The rental car experience is usually never something to look forward to but this locations customer service is outstanding. Was a great place to rent, however, now with the new people working there, everything changed. They all about business and not about customer service. Tanner seems to be nice and really try to get to know you, but a girl that's there isn't very nice. My mom rented a car from Houston, that wasn't clean when it was giving to her, then she had to rush to her new place in Dallas. Now this car was rented at the last minute because they next have cars. She got the car from Houston as a last minute trip due to car issues, the guy handled it as a one way but left the car as open to return anywhere. She at this location all my moms deposit and charge for crazy things (like $75 for pet hair). She got $8 back like what the mess. The. Lets face it, all car rental are the same, you get a nice, kind of new clean car. The difference is the staff, their customer service and how hard they try to solve any issue, when something doesn't go right. This Frisco Enterprise is all that and then some. The folks there are nice, and I have rented from them multiple times before. They are the closest to my mom's house so when I fly out 4 times each year I use them. But after this experience, I will NEVER use them again. I made my reservation via Costco Travel. I picked up the car, drove it, did the expedited return; the agent said he would email me the receipt. All seems fine. However, the receipt was never sent and my credit card over charged nearly $70. I have called Enterprise 5 times and left 4 messages. They have never returned my call. Now my credit card company says that since I don't have a receipt I have no way to prove that I was overcharged. NEVER AGAIN! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had accident at 7:30AM, insurance made reservation at 9AM. showed up at 4:30pm to get car, told no car and would be called when it arrived. NO call after 6pm,(office closes at 6 btw), went up and caught manager leaving. Asked what was going on, no response, no apology, told they "might" have a car in the morning. Doesnt help me get to work tonight. Idiots, all of them. No call, had 9 hours to find me a car in the D/FW area and no luck? Do NOT go here, rent from anywhere else. Returned the car after about a week rental at Service King as advised by Enterprise. Two weeks later, I get notified through a letter that there is $1900 worth of damage on the car. Vehicle returned was in the exact shape as at the time of rental. Enterprise then lets me know that my liability duration extends beyond the time of dropping the car off at Service King, to the point of time they decide they want to pick it up. Worst experience. I called for someone to pick me up and was placed on hold till for 30 min to then be sent to a automated system that said they were closed. It would've been a little easier on me if they said we don't have anyone available for a pick up and I could've made other arrangements to be taken there before they closed. After being rear-ended in an auto accident & dealing with the absolute worst cut-rate auto insurance company around who was handling the claim, I was taken to this Enterprise branch for a car rental... only to learn that the afore mentioned terrible insurance company would not work with Enterprise. (I mistakenly thought I had a choice in the matter since the other driver was at fault.) WOW! Luke Boyd, with Enterprise, noticed my dilemma and OFFERED TO TAKE ME to a COMPETITOR'S location (who the terrible insurance company would work with). It sure was an ABSOLUTE RELIEF to be taken care of by this branch of Enterprise! Luke was courteous, remarkably helpful and this type of customer service (even without the sale) wins my future business. Thank you, Luke! Great job!
