I had a truck reserved for work for over 24 hours and then 1 hour before pickup they let me know the check engine light was on and there were no other trucks in the area. Then I reserved an SUV at the same location the same day showed up 5minutes after making the reservation for them to say that they only have 1 car that does not meet the size that i need for work. This is 2 instances in the same day that have affected my ability to do my job as well as in the past i had the exact same issue. No problem solving. No consistency. Horrible company top to bottom. Made a big deal about my using my corporate account & how I couldn't use it (when I have been given approval to use). I'm paying with points so it wasn't even for the discount. If I can't use it, why is it an option online to book? Mind you I've used the account here before, in the same capacity and it's been no issue. Maybe policy has changed if so, a call before I got there would've been nice since the enterprise system ask how I'm traveling when I book the reservation. I guess you should call here ahead of time if your using another account method to make sure they will accept it before you get there. Be prepared for a wait. I waited for almost 30mins before someone could show me to a car. Usually don't have issues here but this one didn't go well. Watched multiple people leave (during my wait) here because the vehicle "just got back and it needed to be cleaned they wanted them to wait another 45mins. Maybe just caught them at a bad time or some people weren't available to work. Also the card readers only take cards with chips in them (no gift cards or prepaid) & only reads banks cards (No cash app, Venmo cards). I was disappointed in my experience at Enterprise. I was at the airport and received a call that my registration time was moved to 2:00p.m. instead of my initial 9:00a.m. pick up. I had many questions like if we would be charged a full day and had many other questions, the person had no answers to any of them. I called the following morning to check for car availability many times and the phone was disconnected multiple times and I ended up not getting my rental car at this location. This was disappointing. Thankfully I did not put my credit card info down or was charged but this is disappointing for someone who is traveling and only caused more stressed. I don't recommend this location for picking up a rental car. read more

I had a reservation for a minivan today to pick up at 12:00 noon. I received a phone call a couple of days before to confirm my reservation and to let me know what to bring. I get there at 11:59 and they are closed. The door says they close at noon. I 1st call my son to tell him don't leave, I'm going to need a ride then I call their help line. I get redirected to customer service where they tell me they will call back in 20-30 min. I wait an hr then call back. This agent tells me that the nearest location that is open is DFW airport. Not ideal but fine. I verified that the amount will stay the same and she said yes. I go to DFW and they tell me that they don't have that reservation and no cars. Im still waiting for a rep to call me back. This will be the last time I rent from enterprise. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. Go across the street to Avis. The vehicle had a few minor issues but Morgan the manager was extremely helpful and took care of me and I will definitely rent from here again. This is the worst location. Just remember to do thorough check of your rental before you leave the lot especially the roof. The manager will charge even though he didn't check the roof as detail during pre rental. He claimed huge dent on the roof. The absolute worst service ever. Usaa our ins made reservations for us. Went to pick up and man said license looked fake it was an az license. Our insurance VERIFIED with manager it was good. Another customer told my husband he should leave before he beat him up. My husband responded no but if you would like to go outside I will. USAA authorized a XL SUV and the Enterprise location told me that USAA didn't and I owed the difference. USAA contacted them directly and told them it was authorized fully. They just make you wait for so much of time. And by the time I got my car. I realized the car was very dirty. Having said that, I already had a car insurance with GEICO and why the heck would I take enterprise's insurance? But trust me, these guys have charged me $9.99/day for 5 days. And my credit card has been charged for $54 for no reason. When I had a word with the representative, he said there was some miscommunication and apologized me and told that he has to pay $54 from his pocket. And he didn't even care to communicate me afterwards.. Toll charges took a toll on me. Paying $25 for just 3 days. Are you kidding me? I usually pay $20/month having my own NTTA toll tag and this will last for at least month. And you charge me freaking $25 bucks for just 4 days ...Sheer stupidity. This just sucks. read more

I started renting from this location due to the stellar service Manager Adam Terrell provided. Adam was transferred to this location from National Rental Car in Plano. I immediately noticed the service declined at National once Adam left so it was a no brainer to rent from Enterprise. As a real estate investor I often need a variety of vehicles and Enterprise has been amazing for me. Sadly I'm having to revise my review! Adam the manager that consistently offered excellent is no longer there! Insert Manager Matthew who will tank this place in no time. I paid for a two day rental checking a vehicle out the 23 and returned it on Christmas Day with a full tank of gas as my contract specified. Today I check my email to notice I've been charged for this vehicle up until the 27th. When I called the location I spoke to Vanessa who offered no solution and hung up on me. I called back and asked for Matthew! Matthew's response was they were closed and have no way to verify that I dropped the truck off (it was parked within eyeshot of the establishment) I asked him to pull the footage from his camera (no response) he told me it was their policy to bill this way. I offered to provide the receipt from Kroger fuel (no response) he continued to tell me it was Enterprise policy to bill in this manner if they are closed! This is theft and I implore any one who had a rental returned during this window and still subsequently charged for a vehicle returned to contact me as this is prime for a class action lawsuit for this insane billing practice. Charging a customer who's returned a vehicle and still being charged for said vehicle due to the business being closed is prime for a DTP suit. I will no longer rent from this location. read more

My family has rented a handful of vehicles at this location over the last 2 1/2 - 3 years. Each one of the vehicles has been very dirty (fast food bags, beads from Mardi Gras, dirty floors) and very low (quarter of a tank) on gas. There really is no excuse for this type of service. I am the type of person that reads reviews; however, I have never felt the need to write one until now. I feel like I am going to have a love/hate relationship with this particular location because it is the one closest to my house if I need a rental. I booked a reservation to be pick up a rental on Thursday and return on Monday. I was greeted by a lady who assisted me. When time for payment came around, my card declined due to the fact that my direct deposit hadn't hit my checking account yet because it was not 10am (the time that it normally hits). I asked the young woman to wait a few minutes and then try it again. I was kinda short on time, so then I asked if my boss could book the car rental under his name: THIS IS WHERE EVERYTHING BEGINS TO GO DOWNHILL. Now normally, when a third party person, friend, mother, father, etc., wants to book a reservation under their name even though they are not physically at the location, I've always heard that if the person faxes their credit card info front and back along with their license front and back, then the deal can be done, right? Not on this particular day! The lady that I spoke with says that she could not do it because the other person who was booking the rental was not physically there with us. I asked her if he could just fax the info in and she said no. Then she asked for my license to input in the system. A few moments pass by and then she has the nerve to say, "Can I have your real license?" EXCUSE ME?!?! A REAL LICENSE?!?! I JUST GAVE IT TO YOU!!! She then proceeds to tell me that the license wasn't real and then she called some number to ask another employee if it was actually real or not. What are you now; a DMV employee?!?! The license was issued to me by the Department of Motor Vehicles and I've been using it for over 4 years since I have moved to Texas. If you think that it's fake (which it is not), then you need to take that up with the DMV, and they will confirm to you that it's legit. After going back and forth for about 30 minutes or so, I was FINALLY able to be put in a car. Then on Monday, I get a call from a rep asking if I enjoyed my experience overall. I should have said no, and explained my story, but being called while I'm at work combined with I couldn't really talk at that particular moment, I lied and said "No, everything was great" just to get her off of the phone. I have been booking rentals with Enterprise since 2001 and I have always been a fan of their customer service, but now I feel like I need to start to slowly back away from them and start venturing out to other car rental places. So will I return to this particular Enterprise location? Yes, but that would only be after I have exhausted all other possibilities and I am just left with them as a last resort. read more

I only rented from Enterprise because my car was being repaired and their was an Enterprise on-site at the collision center. Big mistake! Enterprise gave me a car that had been smoked in and when I tried to exchange it the rep stated she did not smell smoke and there were no more cars. She was very rude and I was not surprised because their service has always been horrible. Thankful the collision center staff got involved and helped me to get another car. I will never rent from Enterprise again. I also accidentally left my garage door opener in the car. Enterprise called me to come pick it up. When I got there, they could not find it. Just ridiculous! The staff people had no clue where it was and gave me a garage door opener that could possibly be mine and asked me to reprogram it in case it's not the right one. I got home and guess what? The garage door opener did not work. I'm a little freaked out that someone has mine and there's nothing I can do about that other than right a review and warn others. I have never written a negative review before and this will be a first for me. I used this location for 2 years. I usually rent at least once a month for business travel. In the past this location was great and the people very accommodating. Recently the staff turned over and that all changed. I recently returned a car at the night drop, the manager called and said there was some damage that I was unaware of. I drove down, there was a small scrape on the bumper. I explained that I did not do the damage. They treated me like a criminal even though I am a loyal customer. She demanded that I pay for the damage and acted like I was shirking my responsibility. For all of us that work in the sales industry we usually go above and beyond to help our most loyal customers so that they feel like they are being taken care of even if they are at fault (which i was not.) I use a corporate card and due to my firms agreement with Enterprise all damage is covered automatically. Instead of helping me investigate this matter, the manager made me feel like a criminal and refused to help. This place is an ideal location for me, but I will NEVER use them again until the staff is changed. As people our true character is shown when we are faced with challenges. I was not compensated for the wasted time it took me to make arrangements and have the oil change completed. Also, I have been charged the full amount of the rental on my credit card and there is still a pending charge on the card.
