The cleaning person stole my 100 dollar bill, I have no way to prove that my money was in there. It was my grocery money as I was going to get groceries after picking up my daughter's car. There were two employees both had left the store unattended for almost a hour. When I told them they needed more help that we had been waiting for almost an hour Her response was "oh well". She was rude, arrogant, and couldn't care less about the customer. I even tried calling the one 800 number while we were waiting. They tried to contact the store and could get a hold of no one. I must be honest and admit I've never just walked up and rented a car, but have always reserved one online and had the car waiting for me promptly at the location. Every personal of Budget has very kindly gone over the terms and conditions each time. Once they confirm everything in their system, and before handing you the keys, they give you a walk through of the vehicle before getting in it. I have yet to come across with any problems with any of the rentals. They have several options from extra cover on the vehicle to GPS to a fueling service- all very convenient.

They often seem to be short on cars or waiting for them to come in and then quickly cleaning them out for a fast turnaround. Most cars I've gotten have been decent, but not always perfectly clean. Considering the size of the location and the staff, I guess you can't expect too much. The lobby is small with a few chairs on each side, but even the chairs and floors, the day I went, could use some cleaning. Just don't be in a hurry when visiting this location.

They also apologized for the poor experience I had at the Woodlands even though it was not their fault. I would recommend this location
