Sometimes…read moreI've called to ask if you accept a type of item and have been that you do, but when arriving, am told you don't and never have. And although you say you accept new and gently used items, sometimes a volunteer wants to cherry pick. Everything is always carefully packed and protected as necessary, and we're not going to unpack and repack boxes at someone's whim, and then find somewhere else for items not taken. After many years donating to a variety of nonprofit thrift shops, and sadly our favorite one shutting down, we're giving up on the Treasure Hound. We have not had similar problems with any other shop. It makes us sad because we prefer to support a group like yours that helps animals.

Since they added the self-checkout counters, I don't have much interaction with the employees, except when returning. There isn't much dialogue exchanged, just the basic, so I can't speak to that much. This location is always fully stocked and well organized. It is located in very busy shopping center that shares entrances with Costco. There is plenty of parking available, even if shared by neighboring stores. I was very happy when they added this location to the order ahead in the Starbucks app.

This store have more supplies than other Dollar tree around the area and they are almost always so full of stock and much cleaner than most stores in the area. Everything is now $1.25 and cards are sometimes $0.50 each. Staff are always so quick and nice and happy. Love this place! Would always recommended this place for crafters and teachers!

There is a liquor store right by five below. I did not see any toys or supplies I needed this time around, but some candy did look inviting. There were a lot of kids and teenagers wearing lots of Dasiy Duke like clothing. The styles I was into in my day must have been horrid. My wife wanted new sun glasses and finally found them. This place has a lot of fun and games but nothing I really needed. The cellphone merchandise was the best stuff we came across. Sad part is, we don't need any right now. We will see later on. My wife was enjoying herself, but did not like the comment a cashier made about is looking around for a long time. The same thing other customers were doing. He may have not meant anything by it, but didn't sit well with my wife.
