Fix your Yelp store hours. It's 8:30 am and Yelp says you are open. Literally almost walked into the glass doors since it's early af and I'm still half asleep. Hours on the side of the store clearly states 9am- 9pm everyday. Now I gotta wait in my car for another 30 mins while contemplating if being cheap was really worth it. read more

This review is specifically for the OUTSTANDING Customer Service given by MARCUS at the Chino Hills location on Sunday, 12-6-2020 just at store opening (9:15ish). Marcus greeted me warmly as I entered and told me that the carts had been cleaned. He asked me if I needed help with anything before telling me to enjoy my visit. Through out my visit, I heard him greeting customers and answering questions. All very politely and enthusiastically. When I was checking out, he asked if I had found everything okay. He was super friendly and even noticed my last name, using it when he told me to have a good day. Marcus is EXCEPTIONAL!!! His positive and welcoming energy will keep me coming back! This store is badly managed. There are never enough cashiers at this location, and usually about 7 or 8 people in line. I hate going in her

I enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree, however they shouldn't sale items that are outdated. If you want buy balloons you must pay ahead of time. I had already pay for the balloons when I went to pick them up they had no helium. The cashiers are very nice. read more

Leo, the manager, is the BEST! He keeps a clean, well-stocked store and is always attentive, friendly and ready with a smile to help you with whatever you need. His crew is the same way! The front area of the store changes with the holidays and seasons and you can always find something you need! The seasonal items come in early in the season and the crew is always out there re-stocking to keep the shelves full. This is a very popular store (because of Leo and his crew!) and items go fast! read more

I called in advance to check if they have the balloon a man picked up the phone and sounded sure and verified he had them as soon as I arrive another customer rep looks at me like I'm speaking another language and says no we do not have them with a very odd look on her face?! So I waited for the guy that answered the telephone since (he was on break) and I confirmed her conversation and when I ask him where the balloons are he looks at me with a confused face and says oh I thought you meant candles?!? So please just make sure to verify before you drive 20 minutes plus let the customer service representative know and not even a simple apology just walking away. Amazing customer service! Leo went far and beyond in making sure my order is coming in time and that everything is acceptable and not broken since I ordered stoneware plates. Me and the wife really enjoyed this Dollar Tree location because it had a frozen foods section, which caught both of us by surprise because we didn't expect it. We enjoyed the selection, the wide aisles, and the customer service was indeed professional. Parking was great as well, but the items were the same at this location as well as others. However, there were some different items available. But overall, we enjoyed the experience. read more

I can not speak highly enough of the manager Leo. He went the distance to help me out. I had placed an online order to the store and received the email saying it had arrived. When I went to the store, they didn't have it. Leo went on a manhunt trying to find them for me, which included him using two phones at the same time calling different stores. Eventually we found a store that had them, and he offered to go pick them up! Thankfully they were close by, and I was able to get them same day. He's amazing! I don't know if I can say much about a Dollar Tree... It's cheap and has a variety of items. Paired next to the Goodwill makes this center a nice place to look for last minute things in a gift bag and/or party. read more

Every other time I buy a food product/snack item it's expired! Yes, it's only $1 but getting home thinking you have all of the products you need, to find out something's no good gets frustrating. I have learned my lesson now and check all expiration dates, but I hope they work on that/: customer service is great, no complaints other than that. read more

Stay away from this Dollar Tree. It's depressing! Super disorganized, opened packaging, broken items, large stock carts blocking the aisles and past season stock that never looks updated. I swear it looks like management gave up completely. It's a shame! I know you can't expect much but to top it off, every single time I've come here, the cashiers were never pleasant and very rude and think it's ok to treat customers poorly just because they feel sorry for themselves. I did not like the service from Brandon either and others in line noticed the same thing about him as if he's above you and doesn't want to deal with 0 patience!!!! If you hate your job, PLEASE QUIT NOW. Way better experience and friendlier cashiers at the .99 store lol read more

You wouldn't expect much customer service from a bargain store, but every time I come here every worker is so friendly and attentive! Especially the manager, I can't remember his name, but he's probably 40+ and is African-American. I wish I could remember his name(haven't been here in a while) because he's the best!
