It has a little bit of everything! I've been here on many occasions in the past, but I haven't really explored the deeper back end of it. I was here on a beautiful Saturday morning yesterday. I decided to walk the grounds. I dined in for breakfast at Corner Bakery and got some flavorful smoothies to-go from Robeks Juice. I wanted to spend more time here, but I had to go pick up my car. I enjoyed my amazing morning very much and met a couple nice people along the way. This village is a very charming back east feeling. It has plenty of cute small village stores with…read moreunique finds. One of my favorites is Jasmine. The 2 bakeries are outstanding but my favorite is Some Crust Bakery. Although Creme bakery is very charming to experience also. I set aside the day to walk the streets to enjoy the old homes along the perimeter of this village. Take note that many movies have used this very location for filming. In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.
