There were piles of clothes on both sides of a few aisles, values not being correct either since some stuff was more expensive than it should be. And once again, the environment just didn't feel safe the store was located in. The parking lot was like pitch black, the store being messy and not organized, it needs to be improved one day. The cleanliness of the store was also pretty clean so it didn't feel like a tornado tore through the store like at most dollar type stores. The only criticisms are that the pricing of the store is misleading. Even though Dollar General is known to have stuff that's way over a dollar, the prices were still pretty expensive. Some items were like 5 dollars, some were 7, and others were over 10 or even 20. The other criticism I had with this store is the area at night can feel kind of sketchy since it is pretty dark near the store. And it just had an uncomfortable atmosphere on the outside. Overall it's a decent store but I will stick to Dollar Tree. More specifically the Dollar Tree in Prescott by the Best Buy and Red Robin.

She led me to the item where I quickly decided which one I wanted, as there were various patterns. My friends spread out around the store finding interesting things: from sauces to candy and a few knickknacks. Lots of stuff at good prices. The candy was a super bargain. The sauces were very interesting, two hot sauces I've never seen before and some good ol' Heinz 57 products. We purchased three sauces. And some other stuff. The cashier was also very friendly. In Williams it's the only competition for the Safeway grocery store and I'm glad the locals have the option to go to Dollar General and save some money.

Today, I questioned the amount I was charged, per the receipt and got yelled at by the woman with gray and purple hair, and her coworker, because I asked why I was being yelled at and confronted over a reasonable question. Then they teamed up on me , got louder , which I replied in the same manner, and with good cause. Then I got trespassed. No worries, I wouldn't ever go back there again anyway and rarely do to begin with. They went further and said they were calling the police on me as they had phone in hands, so I simply went to the Police Station myself, only a few blocks away. I was told by the police they received no such call. These out of control women even tried to intimidate me by saying they had a camera on me. GOOOOOD !!!!!! , now their boss can pull the entire incident up. I wonder if they ever stopped to think that there are many retired cops in the world and most that I know of, don't stand for being treated the way I was today, and for good cause, and all this because I simply asked for clarification on what I was charged ??? The store goes far deeper than the neighboring shops with a giant the back section that runs behind the neighboring businesses. They truly have tons of merchandise. The main problem with the store, for me, is it is a complete mess! You have to be willing to dig through piles of disheveled merchandise to see what they have. My other issue is that the pricing is nothing special on many items; in fact, on my recent visit I was able to find many items that were a little bit more expensive then you would find at other stores, and definately more than Ross. Granted, the selection is much larger and nothing they sell here are "seconds" or "irregulars." But the shopping experience is not enjoyable. You can find some decent prices, but not truly great deals. I'll check back because they do carry a big assortment of seasonal holiday items, and I like unique and uncommon finds. However, if we had as many shopping options here as in Phoenix, I would not bother.

Excellent customer service at this store, with nearly fully stocked shelves. I highly recommend this location, if you're in the area. I will surely be stopping here again when I am in town. I got a coupon in the mail and I decided to use it for some house decor. I will say that the front of the store looks sort of bland and not very exciting but towards the back they had a bit more variety. Don't count on staff to be around to help you unless you walk all the way to the front desk, which the guy was helpful and nice. Will I come back? Meh maybe but it's definitely not on the top of the list.
